Never seen that or experienced that, but every club is different. You are better off finding a different type of shop if that is a must-have. Many oppai pubs are open seating precisely to prevent next-level activities. The incentives just aren't there for girls to break the rules while in the club, it would have to be before or after the shop.

There are so many shops and variants in Japan. Image #3 attached is one image illustrating the types of shops being marketed. Shops like oppai pub, image club, and sexy cabaret have overlap but are distinct in specific ways. They are marketed differently.

I can't help anyone get into an oppai pub. But if you go straight to Manzoku, they will communicate with shops and know right away which ones will let you in.
