If you want quality be prepared to pay around 50 bucks a night but the areas to consider is Piantini, serralles Naco and George Washington for a view of the sea. Santo Domingo este near the malecon is also an option.

Again I did fuck a good portion of the entire 3rd floor food court at Agora mall it took me several weeks to accomplish this.

But try your hand and report back.

I didn't spend nearly as much time in megacentro mall but its physically bigger and their food court is even more busy.

I don't want to sound as I'm bragging but there's a reason I almost never ask for information. As a guy with the Monger eye I can spot a UTR semi pro.

But Let me say again El Conde is the DR's Times Square or Pccadilly Circus in London You will see FAMILIES out especially on Sunday afternoons. You go on a random Tuesday around say 11 am before it gets too humid and maybe 30% of the girls are availible You hang out in Paco's or the cigar bar and maybe the waiter will point out the obvious hoes.

Pro tip if you're at the cigar bar especially late afternoons on weekdays in Parque Colon any girl sitting by herself on the park bench especially if she's facing the cigar bar is so obvious that she's probably one of those Low quality girls that Old Kool is talking about. It would also be a good idea to avoid any chica actually sitting in Paco's..

I speak Sesame Street Spanish LOL. I think I'll go to SD and get a nice condo for a week with pool and gym and make some friends at the food court.

I haven't been to SD but been to Boca. I prefer the idea of staying in the big city in a nice building. I also have some Colombia experience and love the place because of the nice infrastructure. From what I've seen the AirBnB / condo situation in SD is great and right up my lane.

In my early days in the DR SD was my main stumping grounds. Pacos was ground zero for scoping the streets. The expats on El Conde were more aloof then the Sosua bros. They acted like they were an exclusive club. They definitely could give you the 411 on any working girl because the numbers were small. The comments about semi pros is on point. One of my best hook ups was a semi pro who worked in a shop. She gave me a freeby on my last day with her. I know how to enjoy SD. Picking a good airbnb, using ubers and many goods restaurants makes SD a great place to hang out. But bring your own babe. If you are not into casas or street walkers SD can be tough. Latina women like confident men with a bit of swag. If your wallet is right you are half way home with most women you meet. As far as crack downs in SD all cosmetic. The casas which are illegal have been there for years and have connections. The vast majority of press is pure BS. Blaming haitians and human trafficing for the working girls on the streets.

I think that Sosua is set up as a short term fantasyland, so you grab a stool at Flip Flops or Rumba's and a crusty Sue Vet will give you the run down and the chicas are right there.

Again it's different when you live someplace The Wisemen at the round table at Paco's where more than helpful but we spent hours chopping it up analyzing the hoes. The first thing I had to know was that coming from Africa women dressed way more provocatively in SD so having on a short dress or spandex wasn't a tell in El Conde.

But when I talk about Agora Mall food court granted I got a first day number but it took a couple of weeks to get other numbers the Burger King chef didn't give me the numbers toher co workers and at that point I didn't even think to ask, I had to wait till other girls came to me as a went to the other shops.

That's probably more time then a guy on a week long visit has.

Yes I heard that in a lot of ways the Phillipines is similar to the DR.

How are you finding living there?

For example I say that the DR is semi Pro heaven and it is and people may wonder why I choose to live in "Dangerous" Colombia and Cali to boot /.

There's a couple of reasons.

1. Cheaper for everything. In Sosua I usually paid 2 mill to 2500 plus taxi In Cali I 100.000 to 150.000 (the variations is tips to bring new chicas) 2500 DOP is 167,000 COP that adds up over time.

Food and accomodations is way cheaper My rent is currently 492 USD My rent way back in 2020 was always 550 in SD when I first moved to Cali it was 425. The COP varies more against the Dollar than the DOP so sometimes the savings are really significant. Also I rarely pay over 6 bucks to go clear across town to get from Piantini to ZC was usually 6 bucks and this is a Uber vs Uber comparision If I used Indriver It could be even cheaper in Cali.
Food bill at Jumbo in SD was around72 bucks and same bill at Jumbo in Cali is 41 USD ( however I eat less imported junk in Cali because less of it's available so I lost 15 pounds without trying)
Infrastucture the power almost never goes out in Cali.

Weather less humidity (no beach but there's a lake).

General Rule of Law in Cocaine country there's far less petty corruption, bureaucratic bullshit and "who you know" than in The DR There's guys with businesses and 20 years in the DR and are still officially illegal immigrants. I got my cedule pretty easily here.

Finally too muc of a good thing in the DR. Because I didn't know how to pace myself I had a rotation of 12 and my main plug choking me with new girls, Shit felt like a job and I got burnt out /.

I never had to call a Chica in the DR they'd call me when they wanted money and I'd pencil in a regular maybe twice a month if I liked her or she had to bring a fresh chica.

In Cali I called a chica to come over today.

I get that I'm more analytical than most guys but this forum is to help guys so a rundown over the merits of living or visiting one place over the other is helpful.

For examole I love the DR and it's about an hour or so plane flight away. Turns out because it's cheaper than the DR Dominicans come here on vacation.

One other big negative that almost never gets mentioned about the DR is there insane Domestic Violence laws. If a chica that's your GF says that youyelled at her twice You're going to jail.

Chicas know this and if you get to the Girlfriend stage and you own shit in the DR well I hear that it takes at least 10,000 usd in bribes (not counting Lawyer and court fees) to get you out of a jam and that's why people left including some well known Sosua sexpats.

Granted I'm not the authority on El Conde I haven't been to the Dr in years (that will change shortly) I'd say for the active posters in this board Mr E. Is the guy but there's a certain guy that if you go to Paco's you will see on any day that it's not raining that guy is the Authority if it happens on the "Magnificent Mile" he knows there's another guy who famously refuses to go anywhere else not even Boca on the weekends or now when it's insanely hot.

You talk to anyone of them and they'll tell you anything you want to know. There's an english speaking waiter in Pacos who's extremely helpful and another guy at the Cigar bar who's helpful too.

To shorten up my last post the vast majority of girls ain't in the game. The ones who are either the vets will point out and or you will develop the monger eye to see girls on benches by themselves are available. You see a girl who looks like she's patrolling she goes up and down the strip and she's not selling anything she actually is. When you live in SD you have very different life style then visiting. If you live there you got time to hunt and wait on chicas. My experience on El Conde was the talent was weak. The quality was just bad. There were attractive girls who were not on the stroll. If I had time I am sure arrangements could have been made. I spent more time in Sosua because everything was teed up. Pulling chica in the DR when you have money is a lay up. I had a few no pros and it was great but can be more expensive. Mongering in SD takes patients and knowledge which weekend warriors have in short supply.

But posting up most days around the time that the massage parlor touts leave you alone at that point you become known. Once you become known the hustling stops (mostly) and the begging curtails at that point especially if you haven't seen a girl before down there walking the green mile aimlessly you could give her the look, get the digits and or be off to your Hotel especially if it's close.

I forget the name of the little park on the Malecon but that's a spot too The actual Malecon meaning literally by the I Heart SD in the evenings is a stroll but generally hardcores and low quality is out there.

All that being said this information is years old and may not be correct but no way that El Conde and the park isn't poppin' I knw the Nap is always Girl friendly but I don't know if hoes hang out at the bar anymore but all that is beisdes the point Just like in Sosua everyone knows why you're there you go around asking women in english random questions and you'll get your answer.

I showed up to SD knowing sesame street Spanish and I met my first non pro while in Line at Agora Mall trying to ask to buy a whopper (actually it wasn't a whopper so I struggled to talk to her).

She was just being helpful or trying to get hired as a translator I never saw her again.

Cali is cheaper less scammy better infrastructire people more honest almost zero Blackouts and better weather but I live close to a Mall here fucked two women at the mall and only one worked there I got to the food court and haven't fucked a thing.
