Flew in on Friday, staying in downtown San Jose, great fun at several local spots (I'll post in San Jose on those).

To Jaco, I'm staying at Cocal, lots of beautiful women to choose from (Ranging from 4-10). They are pretty aggressive, trying to make their money. Price is double San Jose. I had a solid 9 stay and play all night for $$ Same quality girl in Jaco asking $$ for 1 HR.

I'm a 3 year vet with experience all over Colombia (incl. Medellin, cartagena, Cali), mexico, and the states. Always been a passive reader and decided to take the plunge on writing reviews here on ISG. I do have several other accounts with the same handle on other popular sites if you want more credibility. I am going to be traveling from the 20-26 of February. I land SJO and will be staying in Jaco Beach from 20-23, La Fortuna by the hot springs from 23-26. I have read reviews and posts dating back to 2022 and will be posting of my experience once I'm either there or when I return. I'm hoping some of you can give me great local and high end restaurant recommendations, brothels, and indys that some of you may have seen. Please any info would be greatly appreciated. This was my first time in Jaco, but the group I went with had been many, many times. Spent 5 days /4 nights in Jaco. Flew into San Jose and took a shuttle an hour and half to Jaco. We stayed at the Vista Mar condos directly behind the Cocal Hotel. Super convenient. Our floor 1 (2nd floor) condo had direct view of the entrance to the Cocal Hotel pool bar. The other condo we had overlooked the security gate where all of the girls were dropped off by Uber or taxis.

As others have stated, girls are quoting $200 for an hour or two and $400 overnight. Rates typically are non-negotiable, but services offered can be negotiated. The condo security will also keep the girls' ID cards and will return when you walk the girls back down to security. Girls' looks range from 5&6's to 8&9's. There is something for everyone. Girls are from Jaco, some from San Jose. Thursdays start the better evenings. But by Sunday, there's a lot less to pick from. My suggestion is to sample on Thu, Fri, Sat but setup something via WhatsApp for Sun.

We played golf at La Iguana course at the JW Marriott resort in the mornings and made it to the Cocal pool bar around 4-5 pm most days. Around that tie, you'd find 30-50 girls. Gets up to double that by around 9 pm. My group tended to focus on 8&9's. We also tended to only retain and drink with girls who speak enough English. We speak conversational Spanish, which seemingly broke the ice a few times..

Some hosts require that you send the ID information before the guest shows up so they can pre-approve it. So that is different than them just having guests provide ID when you bring them in.

Agreed sorry if I didn't make that clear, if they ask for ids and names up front it means they almost certainly they won't accept mongering.

Idk about the options these days, but if they allow guests but require ID's, that is the perfect find. For your safety either stay at Cocal or find a place with a doorman / security who will check ID or at least be aware. And tip them generously. Amazing how much tipping the staff a small amount will help you.

Seen quite a few Airbnbs in Jaco that describe themselves as family oriented or have manned security gates to the community. I would avoid those ones. Often they explicitly state no overnight / extra guests. If in doubt ask the host if they allow guests. Avoid if the airbnb asks for names and ids of all guests, that's a sure sign they won't allow overnight unregistered guests.

I'll say this. We noticed that there typically are 2 types of working girls here. 1 - the ones who are very transactional and you know they are just working for money. 2 - the ones who seemingly like what the do and have a good time; they are there for the money, don't get it twisted, but they enjoy the job. If you're like my buddy who wants the rainbow, go for 1. If you're constantly on the search for someone whom you can save their number and call again & again, do 2.1 - will have a list of No's (no bbj, no kissing, no anal, etc). 2 - will be open to negotiations.

Now to the girls:

1 - Valeria. In from Colombia. Gave me her #, not Whatsapp. Enough English to get by. 24 yr old, long, light brown hair, very fit, size the enhanced. 8/9 looks but very transactional. 3 - Catalina. Another local Jaco girl. Whatsapp saved too. Pretty god English. 37 yrs old, medium length brown hair, super fit, size the enhanced. 8 looks and kept herself in very tight shape; she actually headed to the gym the next morning. Another one who loved what she does. Pix, CBJ, sex was really good. $400 for the night. She texted right away the next morning and said she'd be available to me the next few days if I wanted. She sent more pix and even pix of her friends in case I wanted them too.

4 - Maria & Daniela - 2 friends at the suggestion of our driver. They were in for the week from San Jose. One of my guys got them for $450 each for all day so he sent them to my room first LOL. They're like 21 & 22. Maria was thin, natural A size, pretty face, maybe a 6/7 looks with medium length brown hair. Daniela was a tiny voluptuous girl with enhanced see cups; she was maybe 5' tall and 7 for looks. Fun times with 2 girls, but they were young so took a little more direction from me and coercing. Not a fan of them swapping condoms so they don't get each others' juices, but it is what it is with safety concerns. My more experienced buddy told me not to pay them, but if I wanted to tip them, don't make it too much (keep the economy right LOL) . But I did end up giving them $50 each as a tip.

5 - WhatsApp texted Masi back for dinner and the evening. $500 for the night, but I told her everything is on the table. I half jokingly told her she cannot say "no" the whole night. And she didn't. Last bit to note is that above. Keep in touch or at least numbers / Whatsapp for the girls you like if you plan on coming back. All of the guys in my group called their "regulars" in for a night or two or three. I mean first night or two, they hunted. But the last 2-3 nights, they had their regulars.

May try and get back there next Jan or Feb. Wondering about the non-working girls there for next time.

5 years later the girls started banning to either and it was the beginning of the end. My first time was when I met 3 Ticas, back then only Ticas. Then the Russians Dominicans and later Colombians started hitting up CR. My first time in the Del Rey I was talking to 3 Ticas in the Blue Marlin, I asked how much the reply was $25 I forget the exchange rate back then so I can't quote Colones she said 25 $ si I said Ill take you you and you, took all 3 back to the hotel, they stayed all night no condom, no time limit, that was the Golden time to be in CR. My Costa Rica two-some at the Hotel Del Rey was about the same. Every time I wanted to switch pussies the girls made me put on a new condom.
