Day 3.

I am starting to have a sleep deprivation. It is very hard to be a "normal" tourist during the day and monger at night. 24 h is not enough. So this morning I went to Presidente Figueroa waterfalls tour. Nice activity, but quite demanding, walking in the jungle for hours. It is hot and I am dehydrated.

Only some trash club nearby is open with some lesbians playing pool and beating asses of local drunks. Saw maybe 3-4 desperate street walkers and 2 trans. On rua Jos CLmente between Lobo d'Almada and Teatro Amazonas are working some obvious underage chicks, herded by local thugs, so be careful.

I think to crack the code of Manaus, you would need at least 2 weeks and Spanish as a minimum. There are good women there. But there really isn't that much to do on a 2+ week stay in Manaus.

* Work out at a gym or go for a run. In Centro it's hard to find a good place for running but I recommend Parque Senador Jefferson Péres (also a good place to meet regular girls).

If you like animals, nature and culture:

* Teatro Amazonas, take a tour inside.

* Bosque the Ciência do Instituto Nacional De Pesquisas (INPA), nature and animals.

* Museu the Amazonia (MUSA)/ Jardim Botanico.

* A couple of museums like Museu do Indio and Palácio Rio Negro.

Ok, I left Manaus this morning and I honestly have mixed feelings on the city. It was my first time there.

I stayed in El Centro (I had an Airbnb with porters that were very relaxed on guests. DM me if interested). *.

Here are my notes on my 7 day stay. *.
