Are there no casas in Mexico city that a tourist can safely partake?

No. I love CDMX. It is a wonderful city. There is plenty of sex but it is not a good sex tourism destination. There is very little incall. The scene is escorts and streetwalkers. There are a few strip clubs but they are expensive and there is no sex on site. Agencies are not legal but some operate anyway. I avoid agencies and escorts that I know are independents. I don't do streetwalkers anymore, escorts give a better bang for the buck. For a sex tourism experience I recommend Tijuana, Guadalajara, Puebla or Monterrey.

There is uncomfortable, full service in cabinas at a few Sex Shops. The Intenzzo was the largest but it may have recently closed and is perhaps now XOXO at Insurgentes Sur #219. The Libido may still be open at Insurgentes Sur #222. The SexShops in the Centro Historico at Luis Moya #5 upstairs and upstairs from the Cine Savory often have a couple of girls. Wednesday (Arrival):

All prices in pesos, always. I usually pay between $1500 and 2000 an hour with BBBJ included for independent escorts. I've had the same issue. I was able to get in by changing "https" to "http" as the protocol in the website address. Clearly not everyone is having this issue because there are lots of recent posts. I'm not sure why it's defaulting to https rather than http—it's always been http and I've never had to specify before.
