Cuba is orders of magnitude cheaper than Santo Domingo. They aren't even in the same stratosphere. Also, you paid $60-$80 to go from the airport to the AirBnB? How does that even happen lol.

As for $80-$100 being the market price, I'm just going to ignore that because it isn't true. And how are you losing money just walking around? Yes, Cuban money can be cumbersome to handle - especially if you have small bills - but I don't see how that relates to you randomly losing money unless you have holes in your pockets.

And lastly, $100 to avoid a girl getting pregnant? Why would you do that? Abortions are free in Cuba LOL! I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your trip but I must admit this post had me on the floor laughing my ass off; try reading the forum next time.

Yeah; slim brown thang wears my cologne (I bring like 4 different brands in those atomizer spray bottles) - they seem to prefer male cologne but I would assume that if they were exposed to high quality feminine cologne, their opinion on the topic would change fairly quickly.

Just got back from Havana. Stayed in Centro. Few power outages during the day, 2 hours each time. No mosquitoes, kept windows closed. Cool weather so no real concerns with power outs.

Not yet seeing any signs of fuel shortages on the streets.

No replacement yet for Badoo and Bumble, so be ready to roam the streets and use your Spanish. Or, pay up at the clubs. There are always working girls standing at the back.
