I have visited Tijuana, Monterrey, and Acapulco with a smile on my face, I have enjoyed your posts with accurate, important & suggestive information. Hopefully I will check out more of your recommended romp destinations this year including Guatemala City.

Finally Viva Panama. I have visited Panama many times. The reason is simple. It is safe, secure, plenty to do, the dollar is used, good healthcare but most importantly 5 Star Nuggets from all over Central and South America. I'll get to that in just a moment.

Sure it is more expensive than Colombia, Mexico, DR and dozens of other Romping destinations. However I enjoy the security and comfort of American branded hotels, restaurants and bars. Sure I patronize the local Panamanian places like Beirut restaurant, La Bocatorena, Costa Azul, Luna Rooftop and Tantalo Restaurant and Rooftop Bar in nearby Casco Viejo but it's nice to have a Hooters, Hilton, JW or Hyatt just in case...

I had been talking with a hot young lady I met last year and we could never get together due to our schedules. I stayed in the Yoo Panama tower on Balboa Ave in a room with nice balcony and sea view through Airbnb. I brought 3 chicas back to my room with no problems. As long as you don't get too crazy should be fine. There is a back door to the building from the parking area but noticed it's locked from the outside but in a pinch you could probably go in alone and let the chica in through the back way. I did not have to resort to this as I had no problems.

Excellent TR my good man. Thanks a million for sharing. When you say that you could have used that backdoor if there were any issues, how could you have issues if it was an Airbnb. Was it like a hotel style tower with doorman, security, or reception desk?

When you first arrive in the city and see the skyline you'll think you're in NYC or Shanghai. It truly is an amazing view. The gateway to South America.

An Uber from the airport is $10-$12. Many hobbyists stay near Punta Pacifica on the waterfront near The W Hotel which is Miami nice, clean and safe. I stay in Bella Vista (near the banking district) close to the old Veneto casino area which is now called the Waymore. Plenty of local restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, etc. There are 3 chica friendly hotels within a 2 min walk from the Waymore. Those are Hotel Milan and Coral Suites. Both are 2 Star joints $45-$55 nightly. There was a spa / salon to next to Coral Suites which had some very attractive women parked outside. I did not visit but will next trip. The 3rd option is Hotel Rwande which has a good breakfast buffet, courtyard, pool and outside bar. I would rate it 3 star about $80 per night. There is also an El Rey Super Market within 5 minutes to pickup anything you might need. Including booze and an A+ Loaded pharmacy!! Panama City has many activities during the day. Fishing charters, Canal tour, Island tours ($25 to Toboga Island / ideal to invite a chica for the day) hiking, golf, casino play. $5 blackjack, sportsbooks and young Colombianas roaming. Panamanian woman don't do much for me. When you do see the diamond strolling down the street.

Almost 100% chance it's a Colombian or Venezuelan ready to meet Papi.

Unfortunately world famous Habanos is permanently closed and not reopening and the building is for sale. However on my visit last week, I stopped by the cigar bar next door (Global Cigar Company). I sat down with the manager of Global cigar company (Farby 20 year employee) and had a beer and Fat Stogie outside on the patio with her. She told me they were trying to get a permit for Global to remain open and they applied for a permit to reopen the small bar above the cigar lounge. Some of you may remember that Cigar shop during the Habano's heyday. She told me it could happen by the end of Feb 2026) Yes. They do plan to fill it w Chicas. We'll have to wait, hope and see. But with Hyatt Regency across the street highly doubtful.

Regarding Chicas I visited Waymore, Sortis and Casino of the Sun. All 3 casinos had plenty of women. The later you visit the more desperate they are to close a deal. La Bocaterena is also a must. $2 ice cold beers, friendly bartenders and available woman. No diamonds but fun anyways. An experience you'll remember.

I chose to pipeline on Panescorts a few weeks before my visit and it paid off. College student, nurse and a yoga instructor. All 3 Paisas from Medellin. All 3 exactly as advertised. They were on site in less than an hour after I WhatsApp'd them. It's an amazing turn on when 22-27 year old women beg to see you with GFE service. All 100% Nuggets!! Bringing small gifts for each did not hurt either. Thongs, sandals, Make up, teeth whitener, etc. Small token investments paid off big time.

Panescorts has always been a gold mine for me. Sure I preferred Habanos back in the day because you could interview the talent. The casinos mentioned above still allow you to do that. If Panama is not your main destination and you travel via Copa Airlines, it's a good city to plug in a 24 hour layover. Copa has non stop flights from Houston, Vegas, Chicago, San Diego, LAX, Miami, etc.

Those of you writing off Panama City of course that is your right. Instead of an overpriced money pit boyz trips to NYC, Vegas, Miami, I highly suggest Panama City at less than half the price with many activity options during the day and beautiful women at night. I left with a smile on my face and hope to return soon.

This was my second MLK visit to PC. I think it may be an annual tradition after this last trip. I was in town for 6 nights, 7 days. I partake of the hobby solo. My Spanish is so so. I can have easy conversations. I definitely need to continue to improve my Spanish for these full day excursions as you end up really talking to the chicas for a long time. My Spanish is usually better than the Columbianas English so that is our mode of conversation.

This leg of the trip there was 3 of us. We landed around 7 pm local time on a Wednesday. Customs was quick. Uber from the airport to our BnB in Coco Del Mar was cheap and fast. (can't remember the price but the driver was driving like he was racing, didn't mind) Checked in the BnB, which was in a high rise apt building (more high rises in PC then I imagined), got showered (no rags / wash cloths, is that an American thing?) and got a bottle and some snacks delivered. After a few pregame shots we ordered an Uber to Casco Viejo. (again fast and cheap) We had to circle the area a few times because police had some of the roads shut down. Uber eventually dropped us off in front of Casa Santa around 10 pm. Casa Santa seemed like an even mix of locals and foreigners. Don't remember drink prices but we grabbed a couple rounds. We weren't in there 10 minutes before I made eye contact with a chica (Panamanian / 23/ afro Latina / chocolate / cute / slim but nice shape / more tits than ass / decent face / I didn't love the way she dressed) and she came over. We talked for a few minutes and I bought her a drink. When I told her I was with my 2 friends she said hold on and left out the door. She came back in 5 minutes later with 2 more chicas. I have used seeking.com instead of tinder. It was more manageable I think for such a small market. And it is a good way to pregame some options with the ladies. I have had two dates from there. Casinos are great like the man said. If you wake around the Avenida balboa you might also get approached but those girls are trying to upsell. At least that is what happened to me.

Extensive and solid list. I can personally vouch for Infiny. I ended up hitting up Infiny for daytime relaxation / aerobics every 2 or 3 days of my trip. 5-star treatment.
