Am visiting BKK with my wife for two nights on the way back from Koh Samui.

Which area would be good to stay? Am looking at decent stay (say a Holiday Inn) with massage parlours nearby where I could get good massages with BBBJ B2B or FS at the end. How much would the massage and the ending cost typically?.

There are probably 100,000 working girls in BKK.

That seems way too high. For Bangkok, assume 10 m population. 5 m are women, 2 m roughly the right age for business (and that's a bit generous). 100,000 of 2 m means 5%, so 1 in 20 women in Bangkok would be sex workers. Maybe this was true back in the heyday (1990's and early 2000's), but now in 2026, no way.

My estimate for the entire lower Sukumvit area (Nana, Cowboy and all around) is on the order of 1000 working girls. Maybe 2 k, just guessing the order of magnitude. It's by far the biggest area, multiple times larger than any other.

Back in the day, there used to be a ton of Thai venues all over the city, but all that has been in sharp decline and downright closing down over the last 10-15 years.

Yes, cheaper charlie here. Hardly begging. Already knew the name '7 Heavan', or similar, but stuck to lower sois in past, which usually satisfied. Reports on 7 H I've seen over the years but got satisfied in lower sois.

I usually stay on Soi 8 and often do the walk that goes past Lolita's and then Kasalong and then Soi 6 to Nana. Usually both venues will have a selection of ladies sitting outside, and while it's rare to see a really good looking one at either place at least the Lolita's girls will smile and make eye contact. At Kasalong they are all either just looking at their phones or talking among themselves and I really don't know how they stay in business. I wonder if anyone else has noticed that.

Also, I usually take my own Viagra when I visit Bangkok but I have previously seen posts saying it is available over the counter at pharmacies along Sukhumvit. Does anyone know if that's still the case? Thank you.

I haven't seen a good looking girl in kasalong and in 10 years. I don't even walk past there anymore.

Yes it is. For me, it's incrementally cheaper to buy in USA using GoodRX discount. Either way, generic Viagra is cheap. The advantage of Sidegra, available at S15 pharmacy on Soi 15, is it is packaged such that it can easily be carried in your pocket

I've been to 7-Heaven once, and no disputing that the girls are a lot better looking than some of the other popular BJ bars. However, I found the double blow job service uninspiring.
