There is a newish agency / girl directory called El Coach Monterrey that Gigi recommended several months ago in her Telegram chat and on Twitter. This would have worked ok but 1. I landed at 5 pm and the buses were packed due to rush hour; and 2. Monterrey is heavily under road and transit construction in preparation for the upcoming World Cup. After 90 minutes of little movement, I got off the bus and took a Didi (rideshare) to my apartment.
