Fellas, if you've read my posts you know I've been to Sosua many times albeit much of that before COVID. I am going to Santo Domingo in a few weeks and will drop by Sosua. Besides the chicas can anyone give me info on the four wheelers. I've heard the four wheelers have been banned in Sosua. Asking because I like Sosua besides the chicas (beaches, cheap food and camaraderie) and previously I would rent a four wheeler and ride around Sosua to my favorite restaurants. I've been pulled over before by the local bullshit police on a four wheeler but it was a BS charge (imagine that) but now that there is a full national police presence I've heard that the four wheelers are banned. For those that have been there in the last 1-2 months, were there any gringos on four wheelers throughout the town?

In particular where are the best places to meet chicas since the new policing arrangements and where are the Haitiana's hanging out these days? (is Centro still the mainstay or have they moved on? The service in Sosua sucks. The asses there are great.

Tinder is the most efficient way to meet women. Because you can screen them and find out if they're full of shit before committing to meeting them.

Bailee's is a crowded restaurant that is always filled to the brim with loads of people. You will not be able to get seated and get food in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant is very big and crowded to the max with people everywhere. I never ate there because I knew it would take forever for a waiter to even acknowledge me, like at least 40 minutes of waiting which is ridiculous, so I left. I did fuck a girl who I met from bailee's though. The way to meet them is simple. They are standing in the restaurant. If you think they look hot, you approach them and make conversation. Then after however much chatting that you want, you agree on a price and then leave the restaurant to go have sex. My experience with the one bailee's girl I saw was okay. At the end though she kept hounding me relentlessly for a 1000 pesos tip, even though we agreed on 5000 pesos for 2 rounds when we met in bailee's. On top of that, the second round she didn't even go to completion, she started whining and complaining half way through. And of course she starts asking for a tip relentlessly at the end lmao. I literally had to pull out google translate at one point to form a complete sentence in Spanish for her because she would not accept my "no" as an answer. Literally just asking me over and over for minutes for a tip. Now, take this situation that I just described to you, and multiple it by 100 x across all of Sosua. Now you understand why the service here sucks.

The asses are great though. Dominican women naturally have those big Instagram bubble butts. The type of girls that you see on instagram who have thin waists and big butts from BBLs, like protruding butt cheeks and shit. Yeah, the women here have that exact look but it's natural, not BBL.

I attached a picture as an example IG model. You will find girls that look like that here. That is all that needs to be said about how far Sosua has fallen. I admit my opinion of Sosua is very low first trip over 12 years ago and lived there a year during covid (only because where I wanted to be Asia was off limits) It sucked for chicks as I was seeing some of the same chicas from my previous visits five years before walking around. Chicks that were on the street yelling happy hour had now gotten bbl and were hanging in the Anhvee like they were a top tier chick. The beauty of Sosua was the fact that you could just walk around and find a chica now you want me to go there and sit on my damn phone swiping why even go there if that the scene you want.

For the guys that saw the scene just on the street alone where Dlatins was open to what it is now and still say yea Sosua is great go there have got to trolling.

There's no doubt the consensus among posters here is that Sosua is not worth the trip. Any positive post brings out the usual suspects, to attack, sometimes in tag teams. LOL.

2 Income Approach, for property primarily for investment.

Adjusted for functional obsolescence, and buyer / seller motivation, Does he have to buy / unload for unusual pressing personal reasons?

This valuation method is easily applied to any situation in life, even pussy. If you are familiar with the market, you don't have to compile a detailed Report, it comes naturally.

Also, it seemed like the chicas on Tinder were better than the chicas at Bailee's in terms of looks.
