They often list everything covered including oral. Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina all have beautiful women but hobbying is more expensive and less open that the rest of latin america. Spanish is important, and they speak fast. I would recommend Argentina over the other two, you will get bored quickly. I made the mistake of spending a month in Asuncion and there is very little going on there. I live in Buenos Aires but stick with non-pros. It is a short inexpensive flight from either capital. Asuncion and MV are better for a weekend trip. Condoms aside, I would change the agenda if you plan on staying that long.

You might have better luck if you see her more than once. They whole southern cone area of South America is more geared to longer term / sugar daddy arrangements. The lack or tourists, and unwillingness for locals to pay makes the dynamic a little different here. Probably better if you stick around, but worse if you are just here for a vacation.
