Currency: last time I was there the usd to sol was around $1 usd to 3.80 sols. This time at the airport the exchange rate was $1 usd to 3.10 sols (google search had it at 3.37) and a few days later it had gone up and I got $1 usd to 3.50 sols from an exchange place in miraflores. So, for the purposes of just making everything easy I divided everything by 4 which is what I did last time I was here and it's just easier dividing by 4 instead of 3 LOL.

Taxis: Used uber the whole time apart from at the airport upon arrival I used the official yellow taxis you get once you walk out the arrival hall. From my previous trip though the price for a sedan had increased by 20 sols and a car to Miraflores cost 80 sols. The taxis are immediately outside the sliding doors once you walk out of customs and enter into the arrivals hall. You'll notice primarily women (there were some men) in yellow jackets with iPads in their hands and that's how you'll know that's them. You tell them where you're going and pay them with Credit card, they give you a ticket and then point you to wait in a line where another guy will get your taxi and the driver scans the QR code on the ticket and the driver has your info and you're off. From the airport to Miraflores on a Tuesday late afternoon was around 40 minutes. If you want uber then once you walk out the arrival hall you'll walk outside go past the official taxi people, cross the sidewalk towards the Marriott hotel and then turn right and walk towards a parking lot. You'll typically pass a group of unofficial taxi people asking you if you want a taxi on the way there..

I did this as for this trip I wanted to explore some other places and didn't want to risk having my nicer newer phone pickpocketed if I was in some areas that may be sketchy.

Hotel: ibis budget Miraflores. Girl friendly. Safe. Rooms are fine. Right next to some nice restaurants. Also inexpensive.

Arrive and once checked in at hotel I decide to get the party started and head to Las Sirenitas. Fun night. In all I visited 3 chongos. Not much different from my last review but in case people don't want to search here's the lowdown on the chongos I visited.

Las Sirenitas: 10 sols entry Sunday to Thursday or 15 sols entry on Friday and Saturday night. Located at Av Gerardo Unger 5059, Los Olivos. Getting there from miraflores is a pain. I would leave anywhere from 7:00-8:30 and it would probably take anywhere from 50 minutes to 1 HR 20 minutes. Traffic is awful in Lima. Going there in uber was anywhere from 30 sols to 50 sols and coming back anytime after 11 pm I had no problem getting an uber and was around the 20-25 sols price. Of all the chongos this for me was the best. Best girls, most girls, nice setup, nice place to sit down and have a drink, etc. For logistics: the bouncer at the front door on the street will pat you down and often tell you to turn your phone off and want to see your phone off, then you move into a tiny little entrance way that can fit maybe 2-3 people, then you'll see the little tiny slot in the wall for you to pay your 10 or 15 sols entry. I would often give them exact amounts or a 100 sols bill so I had change for inside the chongo. The person behind the wall gives you change if needed, a wristband and a ticket. Then you walk to another person who takes the ticket and wristband and puts the wristband on you then finally you walk to another guy who does another pat down then you walk in. As you walk to the last guy for the pat down you're facing the eating area for the girls so it's a good time to view any girls that are on break. It's good to also utilize this area to check during the night every so often to see if there's a girl you saw but door is closed and your wondering is she's busy, just not seeing anyone or if she's on her break. Anyways once you've had your last pat down you're inside. The very first section of rooms has primarily for me anyways always been the slightly older or thicker girls. I don't usually find anyone in this area but you should still take a look down the corridor. Water is 5 sols and the Pilsen labelled beer is 15 sols. I ended up banging a 19 year old tiny Peruvian for 70 sols in the non vip section and a slim 26 year old in the VIP section for 120 sols. Admittedly the non VIP 19 yo was a bit cold and the other older girl was a bit more fun but you run across that in Sirenitas too and in the end once I was hard they both banged the same but I spent 190 sols for 2 girls which in las Sirenitas would be 3 girls or if I spent 10 sols more would be 4. I know I know it's only a few dollars but still.

La Estacion: kind of getting lost on entry fees but pretty sure I paid 10 sols entry. There's no entry for this on Google Maps but it does come up under Edison Car Audio at see LOS Taladros 232. It's basically right across the road from what I think is another brothel called Sumisa Club. On the same little road is P La Colmena and also I think another brotel called La Miel. It's a smallish road that has a bunch of what look like industrial type places. I'm guessing during the day it's busy but when I went at about 8 pm at night the road had become almost nothing and honestly I felt completely out of place. My plan was to visit all of these places but I had heard that La Estacion was the better between it and La Colmena. Same sort of thing there's a parking lot that you walk into before paying. Inside was ok but there weren't many girls here.
