Can you point me to where the law is?

Formally, there is no any law. You just visiting somebody else apartment and the owner can kick you out at any time. All you can do, is to complaining to Airbnb. If it happens several times, Airbnb probably cancel the owner account. They also can try to find you a new apartment, but you can do it as well.

Anyone else annoyed by every airbnb now saying visitors have to be registered in advance? I've been going to SP for several years now and this has only been an issue more recently. Has there been a sudden increase in crime or home invasions in SP in the last 2 years or something?

If I'm bringing a Scandallo girl at 1 am to my apartment, that's not enough time to contact my airbnb host, register her and have the airbnb host sent her information to the building's front desk. Chances are the airbnb host is already asleep during that time.

Every building entry is now "biometrics" based and most buildings require each person entering to have their biometrics scanned, even if it's say a husband and wife or whatever. It's kind of ridiculous.

There are lower end love motels in Centro that don't require ID. I've been to a couple to meet girls who work out of them. They are not great They front desk collects a small fee. It's the classic no-tell motel situation. I decided not to push my luck after I went to one at night and got out via uber. There are better and more convenient options around Moema and Vila Mariana. The girls who work the 2200 block of Av. Indianapolis use them. I've never used them so far but never say never LOL.

Almost anything with a photo works at love motels. I've used a Thai driver's license, color copies of passport, or IDs with the name Tochka & foto. I even print and laminate my own IDs sometimes, (fvck Kalunga's ripoff lamination prices) I use those at boates and love motels. Many accept ID on your phone. I've also used expired licenses and even library cards with photo.

The garotas usually hand over their iPhones with the digital ID to the receptionist. Honestly, it's a quick way to finally see their real names instead of their Scandallo / Gaugin / Casarão club names kkk. Some CLínica garotas have like five different names because the clinic already has a Mel, CauCau, Monica, Karen, Amanda, etc.

The slow-ass receptionist usually just needs a number and a name to enter into the computer to track your expenses. You pay upfront at reception, then pay again before leaving. A love motel is a costly workaround solution to this unfriendly guest issue outlined by Trojan. The whole point of renting a bnb is to enjoy an apartment lifestyle and to entertain the girls in a better fashion than a standard hotel room while traveling abroad. Any problem bringing back the girls defeats the whole purpose of renting a Airbnb.
