There have been many Tobita / Matsushima reports in recent years, I suggest scrolling back and / or doing a search and you'll get a few different perspectives. I'll repost what I wrote about it in reply to someone asking if he should get a hotel near Tobita:

"Small sample size, but I went to Tobita once and Matsushima twice. Tobita is the biggest and has the most variety of girls and also the hottest girls.
