Ok. In the end I could not hold out and so I tried a few massage places. A previous and recent report mentioned some shops are open to negotiation of price. I'm not sure but I think I know what the Kiss Bar is now. There's a very small outdoor bar in that strip across from the Solaris that has 3 pharmacies and 3 spas.
