It may be if they can speak English, because you are sure as hell can't learn Georgian. It may in fact be easier to learn Klingon or Greek. So hard to get average looking girls and everything has become incredibly expensive! Most places charge 60-100 GEL just for massage and some kind of new dickshit massage called erotic massage. Another 50-100 GEL for B2 B, some nutjobs blatantly charge an extra 50-100 GEL just for touching. Then they offer a different set of charges for B2 B which feels like I should just ask the woman to stop because it may be causing them pain to rub their body over mine. FS is outt of the question. Some places do and some places don't offer it. The ones that do charge at least 200-250 GEL and they're still not overcharging like I first thought after I came across some who shamelessly asked me for 400 GEL.

Google for Thai Spa, go to the place, enter the place, check the interior & girls. If you like it, ask if extra service is provided. They say either YES, NO or HJ ONLY. In case you entered a place you do not like, ask very friendly for a business card, because you might come back later, take the card and leave the spot. It's so easy.

I am visiting Tbilisi for a few days. Tried Aroma Thai Massage and Spa on Shota Rustaveli 20. Picked 1 HR thai massage for 89 LER. Got an older women, so I wasn't going to even try for extras. Massage was great, place is nice and clean. Almost sure that no extras available there.
