In my experience, it is best to educate the girl when you give her the pill. But anyway I would prefer for the girl to make the full amount instead of it being deducted by the establishment, plus it could work out cheaper in the long run if you negotiate since you provide for her food and other expenses. But it could work out to be the same, though how the girl treats you is another matter since she could be more willing to cater towards you since she is receiving the full amount + the excursion / holiday.

Without some local help it may be difficult. Your best bet is to ask a local to help you if that is possible. There was a lokalisasi called Gang Sadar at Baturaden which is nearby above Purwokerto but it closed during covid, there would likely still be activity there as it is a resort area but Banjarnegara may be difficult. Michat may give you results but the language gap will be your problem there.
