For Cebu I've already collected quite a few TG IDs from the Lapu Lapu FB groups. Hopefully they are responsive, so I'll test the waters and see how it goes. Will probably mix online + whatever feels right on the ground.

Only advantages with Hotel I find is.

Expensive and limited menu and limited time room service.

Locker availability.

Daily housekeeping.

Call from the front desk before the ID is handed over back to the visitor.

My experience of Cebu hasn't been good. I only used PL. Maybe my luck. Many of the lineups turn cold shoulder on the the Day and last minute tie ups on pina is little unreliable as maybe hiding lots of facts.

Did try couple of bars (howling dogs and couple more) on the mango avenue. Though with my girl along. Quality was average to poor. Even the gogo bars. Overaged.

Manila PL rocks for me. Cebu is below average.

I'm good with my usual spot in Manila, but looking for decent hotel recommendations in Angeles and Cebu. Preferably guest-friendly with good location and reasonable rates.

From older ISG threads and what Grok checked, Marco Polo Plaza seems popular for Cebu. For Angeles, people mentioned Madison Crown (used to be Lewis Grand) and ABC Hotel. Are these still solid picks, or is there something better these days? I don't want the hassle of ABNB.

I have been informed the Genesis Bus from T3 to SM mall on to Clark airport has been moved to Bay 21. Bay 21 is the new Bay number.

The actual location is the same as before. They just re number the same bay. Don't ask why?

Also they are using a sister company Joy Bus for the same route.

Don't get confused over Bay 21 and seeing a blue Joy Bus.

BTW, I don't know if you can drink a beer on the bus or not. But the litte convience store in the adjacent median sells bottled beer! Next to it are CR's.

While I appreciate the bar scene is a great, easy approach for newcomers or first-timers, after a while they'll discover there are significant other options out there. And at much better rates for better quality sessions.

A good quality list of FL contacts can be saved so you don't have to go on the hunt as soon as you arrive on your next visit.

Rewarding the girls directly has always worked well for both parties in my experience. And the last 'mall rat' I hooked up with fairly recently in Cebu, was in the top 3 of all the girls I've nailed in The Phils since my first visit back in the early nineties.

As a summary, if you visit nowadays AC, stay in a comfortable hotel, go out for little drinking but daily mongering action, perhaps sometimes enjoy a three-some, be prepared to have a daily budget of minimum 200 $. With excessive bar visits or a prime hotel you easy will hit 300 $ a day.

Just general info, that might be useful to anyone else traveling to Angeles City or Subic Bay.

If you're arriving from Thailand to Clark International Airport, Cebu Pacific is the only direct flight you'll be arriving at 2 am.

* Be aware it might be difficult to get a Grab Taxi. Taxi fare from airport to center of Angeles City should be around 260 Pesos.

E-Visa / Philippine Travel Information System for Visa / Arrival Card. Pretty clear-cut and easy to complete.

As most travelers will be carrying USD, just make sure bills are new / crisp / undamaged / unstained.

Lowest I got was 60.50 at the airport (5 June 2026) and Red Street Money Exchanges averaged 61.00-61.50 during my stay.

* Day after my black-out I needed Pesos (Bank Card at Daily Limit) and it's was early in the morning, Money Exchange Booth in the middle of Red Street sign showed 61.20 and the lady tried to rip me off by saying it's a different rate of 60.00. Just smiled and waiting for another money exchange booth to open.

ATMs. Never found a 20 k transaction limit ATM and just settled on using the EuroATM next to Kokomos at 10 k per transaction. 300 Peso Service Fee per transaction, if I remember correctly.

Note: ATM inside the Central Park Tower didn't accept my US bank card or my US Mastercard.

Safety Note: Sidewalks outside of Red Street are dangerous, especially after you've had a few drinks. Uneven, holes, and cracks.

Beggers. Always encountered the same 3 begger ladies w / child in tow around Central Park Tower / Tequila Reef / Philly's. I normally give them 50-100 Pesos, I was ok with that as doubt money would be used for drugs or alcohol. I could be wrong, if I am let me know!

Off-Track or On-Track. Got the feeling there are more 18-20 year old ladies in the bars on the weekend, and you didn't see the same ladies during the week. Makes sense to me, as I can see them coming to Angeles City from providences for the weekend to make money or maybe just college students making tuition.

Either way, next trip will ensure I'm there over a full weekend period.

Angeles City to Subic City.

150 Pesos taxi from hotel to Dau Bus Station.

232 Pesos bus to Olongapo.

* Don't expect buses to be parked under the correct signage, I almost missed the bus while sitting under the Olongapo sign while my bus was parked 2 stalls down.

18 Pesos Blue Jeepney from Olongapo to Subic City.

* I actually took a taxi at 400 Pesos, Olongapo Bus Station to Central Park Reef. I was fricking hot and I wasn't about to ride in the back of a jeepney.

* Funny, next day wanted to visit the Freeport (Texas Joe's for Ribs), so took a jeepney and only got charged 16 Pesos. 20% discount for being a senior citizen. +1 for honest jeepney driver.

Reverse process for returning o Angeles City from Olongapo.

If you don't feel like riding the bus, a few bars will have signs (toilets) posted for 1000 Pesos van transportation to Subic City / Olongapo.

Note: Bus has a weird payment process. Once on the road conductor will walk around asking where you're going and print you out a ticket, then a few minutes later he'll walk around collecting the fee.

Additions / Corrections to my Previous Report.

Visited Mega Dance at 12 am. Place was basically empty except for employees. Info'd later that it's best to hit it after 2 am with 3 am being the best time.

Was not impressed with the freelancers hanging just off Red Street. Did see 1 or 2 doable one's hanging out around Philly's, though felt there were more ladyboys than ladies.

Bar girls and hiso girls seem to enjoy big meals and high end clubs, showing off using my money. Simpler and less professional girls are happier with much less. I'm constantly amazed that they actually prefer a Chicken Joy Meal with the ubiquitous hockey puck of rice. The best P179 ever spent.

As you say, they end up with a huge contented grin on their face and are more than happy to stay and say thanks in all the right ways. Recently, I've been telling girls that I've got shit to do and it's time for them to go home. My 1 week AC recovery trip has ended, I was planning to spend $2 k, but I ended up spending a little bit over $3 K. You can only imagine how much pussy and what kind of orgies I indulged into.

GF visited for a few days, to monitor, was much better without her.

Conclusion: was extremely pricey, but worth it. The regimen was comprised of mostly bar girls in multiples of 2 and few times 3, and few massagistas and waitresses.

When I have time I'll write a report on it, if I still remember things. On my last day I was so saturated, that I BF 2 LT and only fucked them once and let them sleep for the rest of the time.

IMO, Wild Aces game is legit and fair. Played over 40 hours, worst session I dropped 7 k after rebuying for another 10 k and best session won 2 k after being up over 20 k. It's a juicy game with lots of players with deep stacks going in after the flop with just a flush draw (2 suited hole cards and two matching flopped cards). Without having the A K or Q. Along with players on the Button, SB or BB betting / raising 3 k into a 500 Peso pot on a regular basis just to buy the pot.

If you're planning on playing at Wild Aces, highly recommend to show-up at 10am and put your name on the waiting list for 50/100 (a 25/50 game isn't worth the time / rake) and select the seat you want and provide them with your Whatapps and they'll contact you. 50/100 game normally doesn't get kicking until after 12pm.
