Just as a warning, Sildenafil is strictly once every 24 hours. Getting the quick onset effect is easily replicated by using Sildenafil jelly (Kamagra jelly) packs. They are made for sublingual use and you will get action in 15 min. However, whether you use sublingual or pill, it is typically 1 hour before Sildenafil will peak in the bloodstream. For Tadalafil, the peak is reached after 4 hours. Maybe I should run an experiment. I had a Tadalafil for my session last night. Maybe I will pop a full 100 MG Sildenafil before my session tonight and TOFTT. Enjoy, AR.

I didn't realize that Kamagra jelly was designed for sublingual use, I just swallowed the whole thing. Didn't work faster for me. Haven't used it in years, but my memory was the jelly was too much quantity to hold under the tongue while it is absorbed. On the other hand, the troche form is small and can be held under the tongue for 5-10 minutes while it is dissolved. I felt it working much sooner than oral forms.

The one I'd like to have in Thailand is AVO Max III. It works quickly and the side effects are gone in about 8 hours. But it requires refrigeration during my 32 hour trip from home to hotel. I could use a special container for this, but the ones that last that long are heavy and I've already got too much shit to haul around.

The sildenafil/tadalafil combination that my doctor prescribed contains 100 mg sildenafil plus 20 mg tadalafil. But these are in troche form (dissolve under tongue) and perhaps less gets absorbed into the bloodstream compared to oral forms of the same drugs. It did not seem to be too much medication. When I was given the prescription, my doctor made it clear to not combine this with my normal sildenafil or tadalafil.

These specialized meds won't be available in Thailand, probably ever. These are coming from specialized compounding pharmacies who are making off-label combinations of medicines. India knock-offs only copy standard medicines for practical legal reasons like export controls. I have never seen an India or China copy of compounded medicines. Let's see.

Thinking about this again, I find these meds a little suboptimal in their design, especially as they mix Tadalafil with Sildenafil / Apomorphine. Tadalafil lasts 24-36 hours in the bloodstream, while Sildenafil lasts 4-6 hours and Apomorphine lasts only 2 hours. So what if you have a session in the morning and evening? By the evening, only the Tadalafil will remain and the Sildenafil / Apomorphine will be long gone. So do you take another pill? If you do, you are further compounding the amount of Tadalafil in the bloodstream. I would think a design where they separate the Tadalafil from the other short-acting components would allow one to take Tadalafil once and then take the short-acting ingredients as a sublingual so that multiple pills could be taken for each session. Anyway, just wishful thinking. I doubt these compunders will tout less is more.

I finally got my damn viagra prescriptions from my doctor here, and knowing I can get good quality sidegra from any mom and pop pharmacist in Bangkok, the next time I'm in town I'm going to combine them with a swig of whiskey plus my blood pressure medication. That oughta get the dick pumping. If my heart explodes then so be it, at least I'll be having fun. Hell, that night I ain't so much, and ate too fast I had to projectile vomit everything out just to feel ok a bit. Felt like my stomach muscles was tearing itself apart. And that was me over indulging from food. Imagine if I can get back to Bangkok to over indulge in sex. I should finally die by then.

I don't know though fellas, the chicks I got in Geylang while I was in Singapore kinda spoiled me, cause they were some real GFE / PSE rimming experiences. Granted, kinda pricey since it's SGD. Perhaps these two drugs will help. The AVO Max III that I mentioned include both of these drugs and are available from a few USA compounding pharmacies (AVO = apomorphine, vardenafil, oxytocin). Per both Eih Tooms and Asian Rain, I suspect these are not available in Thailand. I've used AVO Max III only one time and it did seem to do something emotionally.

The two most active ingredients in ALL of these meds to deal with PHYSICAL ED are generic Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil). See table and snips attached. What these compounding pharmacies in the US do is more or less mix a full 100 MG dose of Sildenafil (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts about 4 hours) together with a full 20 MG dose of Cialis (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts "up to" 36 hours). These two compounded PDE5 inhibitors are the primary active ingredient for all formulations. And anybody who has been in Thailand for more than an hour can find these drugs in pill form at pharmacies on Sukhimvit. Now if you want to simulate the fast 15 minute action of Levitra and sidestep stomach absorption (food and alcohol), then all you need to do is substitute the pill form of Sildenafil with Sildenafil jelly packs that are dissolved under the tongue (sublingual). There you have it, RoSparks available in Thailand for a fraction of the cost (note that RoSparks only has a 50 MG half dose of Sildenafil, so a half packet of Sildenafil jelly to simulate).

Yes, I knew what the main active ingredients are but, as you alluded to, both of those ingredients or products generally come with strong warnings not to combine them to create any Do It Yourself version of something else. So until India and / or China start shipping crates of knock offs of the ones that are being sold in America to Thailand for resale, I'll just muddle through with the 20 MG of generic Cialis I buy for about 20 baht per tablet on Sukhumvit Road as I had for years in the past with acceptably pleasant results and no negative side effects at all.

The names of his tested versions of these meds are RoSparks, MedVi Quad and Bluechew Gold. So I don't know what is taking the usual India and Chinese knock-off med sources so long to manufacture and ship tons of these new meds into Thailand for resale.

Note that neither of these medicines "give you a boner". Rather, these medicines suppress the enzyme that causes you to lose an erection. They way an erection works anatomically is that when you are stimulated sexually the brain will send signals that create nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide causes blood to flow into the spongy tissue of the penis and voila, there is a hard on. Think of nitric oxide as closing the valve to trap the blood and fill the tube. At the same time, the body produces an enzyme called PDE5 which causes loss of erection. Think of PDE5 as opening the valve to let the blood back out of the tube. If you didn't have this balance of interactions, then an erection would never be created and would never go away! PDE5 inhibitors inhibit the production of the PDE5 enzyme which keeps the erection. However, most important, you won't get an erection unless you have the sexual stimulation in the first place. There is no substitute for the stimulation that comes from a pleasing partner.

I have heard from personal testimony from longtime fellow punter friends that there are new ED meds on the scene, not yet FDA approved mind you, that not only trigger a remarkably reliable boner within 10-15 minutes but last 36-48 hours and does indeed facilitate multiple ejaculation pops after an hour or two break in between, up to 2-3 times for days in a row.

I've also tested RoSparks 3 times and twice it become effective in about 15-30 minutes, but 3rd time it took a couple hours to kick in. Perhaps the slow response was due to me not fully dissolving under the tongue, I may have unknowingly swallowed (I was driving at the time). Other than that, for me it felt same as Viagra or Cialis. I also paid about $11 each.

Another new one I've tried once is AVO Max III. That responded quickly and seemed to cause more intense response. This cost only about $3 each, but requires refrigeration due to one of the ingredients.

All of these drugs are based on Viagra, Cialis, and/or Levitra. I can’t remember any of them being based on Stendra (which for me is marginally effective, but was insanely expensive last time I bought it). Some of them have other medications that work on your emotions. If interested, Google can tell you the ingredients of each. Be prepared to scan through a lot of advertising before you find which ingredients are in each medication. They are produced at compounding pharmacies, not at the big pharmaceutical companies.

The fast response is because they bypass the stomach by dissolving under the tongue.
