My info is from 2024 but the three strip clubs in El Centro I frequented in no particular order were:

1. Conejitas Grill. Normal for the area, lots of locals, decent number of girls, security, staff. Vibe pretty good. It's right on the park so it gets some overflow sketchiness. Good street food outside though. Ok rooms.

2. Grill Nueva Avenida. On the same block as Conejitas. A bit cheaper and it felt like a fewer working at any given time. Not as nice a vibe. Worth sticking your head into, but not worth sitting down if it doesn't feel right. Bad rooms.

3. Barra Ejecutiva. Around the corner on Avenida Maracaibo. A bit more expensive, more girls, more security. Good vibe. You're further from the park so it's a bit safer but also a bit more isolated. I don't remember the rooms. I'm guessing they were okay.
