What a sad state on mongering this country is when you have to LEAVE a city of approx 10 million and travel all the way to Pohang for a quickie.

Might as well hop on a plane to SE Asia at that point.

I'm down for public transit just need to reach these places like Pohang.

I've also found the Rome2 Rio app / website useful for seeing the key transit options & relative pricing for getting from point A to be. Seoul to Pohang shows a train is a little over 3 hours with 6 stops. Pohang also has an airport, so a domestic flight from Gimpo is always an option as well.

On Jeju and in a few unique remote destinations, a rental car is better, but public transit for visiting throughout South Korea is usually quite easy.

The two major train stations in Seoul are Seoul Station & Cheongnyangni. A train from one of these stations to almost anywhere in mainland South Korea is possible. Express bus routes from Seoul to all the major city destinations are available from the Seoul Express Bus Station just south of the Banpo Bridge in Gangnam. Go to the stations or use the web / apps for Korail or Kobus to arrange tickets in advance.

Once in a major city, it is fairly trivial to use the local subway, buses, taxis, or Ubers to get around. Kakao also has a number of mobility apps for locals and foreigners. For example, K. Ride allows a foreigner without a local ID / credit card to hail a taxi using just the app in most locales. Some of the most far-flung remote sight-seeing destinations have smaller independent taxis not on the apps where you may need a local to help arrange a ride, but this isn't a problem in any of the major cities.

I'm down for public transit just need to reach these places like Pohang.

Recently had a successful opi foray to report. I reached out to about a dozen officetels on opstar with no returns, save one. The one that did reply sent a message- then ghosted me. I called, messaged, tried to reach out, but received no response. 45 minutes later I had given up and was about 10 meters from heading into a local massage shop when the next message appeared. We finally agreed to the time and place, so off I went.

Arrived at the location on time and a nice looking younger K girl greeted me. Her face was cute and reminded me of the table tennis player, Shin Yubin. She had a nice round backside with everything trimmed and the only drawback was a little bit of pudge. I gave her the total of $210 K and we proceeded to disrobe, shower, and get ready for the session. I'd noticed on opstar the options of BBFSCIP for 50 K KRW, so I asked about it. She confirmed that she was open, so I gave her the extra and we got down to business.

Overall it was a pretty good session. She was responsive, open to all standard fare, and was easy on the eyes, so it was over pretty quick. We chatted for a few minutes in Korean and she mentioned that she'd seen three other foreigners- all US Military, one black guy and two white guys.

The webpage showed a ton of girls, but the boss said she was the only one available for foreigners- maybe because it was Sunday afternoon, not sure. Officetels are nice since they usually offer BBFSCIP as part of the package. This place is only the second K-girl officetel and third overall that I've been able to crack the nut. It was encouraging to know that officetels aren't totally closed, so now I'm reaching out to more to see what's up. Hopefully I can find the tenpro that I'm looking for.

Recently went out to PYT RLD, drove around and a nice looking woman was working, so I stopped to see what might happen. She didn't outright reject me, so I thought it was a good sign. I asked how much and it sounded like she said 1,000 K KRW. I had to ask again and then she said 100 K KRW for 15 minutes. I was surprised at the low price, but unfortunately I had already spent my load at the old ajumma massage shop, so I said 'ok' and left.

After circling the block and thinking about it, I didn't want the opportunity to pass me by, so I parked and walked up. After stepping in, she closed the curtains and then I asked if she worked everyday to which she replied in pretty good English 'yes'. I asked if I could give her 50 K KRW today and the rest tomorrow and she said 'sure', she took my money and I made plans to visit the next night.

Two nights later I go back and of course she's not there. However, the one that was heavy plastic that I had talked to several months ago was working, so I thought I may as well pull the trigger. I handed her the 150 K KRW and she hurriedly ushered me in, looking around for anyone watching. She looked really great from a distance, but when I got up close, I could see things were slightly amiss. She still looked pretty good up close with her large fake breasts, fake face, and curvy body, but when she dropped her clothes, her skin was a little too taught and her face seemed even more fake.

At any rate, the service was mechanical, as expected. She was open to doggy, missionary, and cowgirl, but no DATY. Time was short and she wanted me to finish up as soon as we started, so despite the horribly fake moans, I did my best to bust and get out. In the end, it was a block checked and another 'not to return'.

Saw candy at Tiffany bar in itaewon. Gave the price she wanted and no issues on my part. Still got the laziest and worst service I've ever witnessed, literally ever LOL.

Would not recommend. Seems the other Tiffany girls also were like wtf. And bunch of bickering and shouting match between them. So do not recommend Candy the short haired woman.

Candy is a toxic mind. She obviously hates herself and her life. If you have known her for a long time, as I have, you'll notice how she has become very spiteful and hateful. She was saying several rude and demeaning things to me last time I went to Tiffany.

The now-50's girls in Tiffany will cackle and bark at each other all night. I forget her name, and not sure she is still there, but there was a 40's-something (maybe 50 now) shorter, skinny gal who was working with Nayoung up the hill before. She was one of the fewer choices that still looked almost doable, so she was getting it from (as Nayoung told me) 8 guys in one night, a few years ago. That was a record, apparently. Can't remember that woman's name, but I know she has a daughter who must be approaching high school age, by now. She has had some mental problems and must start things a lot with other patrons, because she used to be kicked out of Tiffany and the former orange-painted bar on the corner that the roof fell in on just across the street from there. She may still be around. Haven't seen "The Hill" in a while, so I don't know. Anyway, last time I was in Tiffany, the girls were a mixture of laughing and sniping at each other. I have an affinity for Susie, so I ended up with her again.

Apparently Susie is still around. That's one I will forever miss. She's probably closing in on mid 50 to 60 now.

I'm getting old, and on Cadura XL and Avodart, now (prostate meds). Those have absolutely killed my sex drive and made me "normal". Probably saved me millions of won.

There's no shortage of old Korean women working in massage places, any spinning barber pole that says 'massage' works.

9 out of 10 are a pass but there are an occasional few that are suitable and even somewhat attractive. You'll have to do the legwork to find out.
