Op is great at first, real exciting, until the reality hits that only 1% will work with foreigners. As you're learning, Korea is not very foreigner friendly. Honestly, the best bet is an anma (massage place) or maybe some Thai massage places. OP's will eventually require you to speak to someone. They will give you the general location, then call you and tell you the room number or the actual building and room. Unless you get a booker who can speak English (which is going to be rare), you're pretty much SOL.

Interesting that Yongjugol is mostly shut down. In the middle of nowhere, close to the DMZ, it used to be the largest in Korea with men driving from Seoul for a good time.

Dongducheon is about right. 90% not very desirable and even a few foreigners working in stalls. Lots of TCN factory workers hanging around.

PYT is still active, about half dozen working in the daytime and weekend nights about twice as many. Yesterday a decent looking one quoted 100 K KRW for 15 minutes, but not a fan of the RLD rushed scene, so I passed.
