There is no room cost in the SF clubs. In the 3 chapinero ones mentioned there may be. For sure there is one at 69 club / bar as I had to pay 15 k at the bar to get a room. If you have good conversational Spanish you could probably argue with them to say that's BS but I did not do that. In addition for the same service in SF I would pay 160-180 and in Chapinero I had to negotiate with the girl from 300 to 250. Once the girl got to 250 she refused to go lower.
