I have an opportunity to visit Bogota for a day during a layover from flights from another South American country back to North America. It's not a great layover as I would arrive around noon and fly out again at 11 pm. Given these time constraints, how should I best use my time to get some quick action in town before I have to get back to the airport?

Santa Fe could be good as you can get there in 20 minutes from El Dorado AP. You could get a Streetie sweetie or go to Attunes or Troya.

Another idea is La Mezzanine depending on day cab there is 30+ minutes. Best days for La Mezzanine is Monday- Friday after 1 pm.

Twice in one day at Abadubai. Went back later in the day and chose a different girl.

Bring your favorite condoms. I am partial to Trojan Ecstasy. They are mildly snug at the base, but incredibly loose otherwise. Sounds weird and looks like it is too big, but it actually feels as close as you can get to no condom. You might want to try the Double Ecstasy. They have lube inside and out and it tastes like shit, apparently. I have had several girls take them off and just blow me bare because they tasted so bad! Bonus!

Bring a little bottle of cologne. Spray it behind your ears right before you visit. If you get a chance, spray some on your junk, too. Bring some Listerine Breath Strips. Take one right before you visit. Smelling good goes a long way towards a great session.

Given my experience over the last week, I would go to Abadubai Spa. Open 9 a-9 p. Another quick update on first time in Bogota: Went back to Abadubai Spa. Once again, gorgeous girls. Four girls at 11 am. Made my selection, then asked about BBBJ. Enthusiasm for DATY seemed completely legit. This right here is what I keep talking about, finding what works best for you. You sampled a few of the different options and found what fits you best. There's no need to try and justify the price. A big turn off for me are the "barkers" on the streets trying to get you into their club, very very very aggressive and annoying, I actually had 2 or 3 and even at times 4 surround me as I walked by and they followed me for half a block, after 2 or 3 days every night like this it got to the point hat I told them to fuck off as nothing else worked, they were all deff to my "no gracias", after literally a thousand times saying "no gracias" in a polite but firm manner I just tell them to fuck off. It is that bad, the worst I have experienced in all of Colombia.

Overall, the Santa Fe clubs are insanely loud and the sessions are the wham-bam 20 minute variety. Not to my liking. The girls are very hot, but I need an hour to really enjoy myself.

What I do is to take many test drives in Santa Fe. From the Western viewpoint, incredibly cheap. US dollar just hit 3312. Wow!

That's the thing. Like I said in the past, Primer de Mayo doesn't look that dangerous in appearance alone but it's the MOST dangerous nightlife area in Bogota. It looks safe because there are groups of people in their nightclub clothes, many of them go to the normal night clubs on the street and the other ones go to the gayclubs in which there are many (both of which (normal night clubs and gay clubs are safer inside). Do not go alone and even that isn't enough sometimes. There are groups of 3 guys or more who are walking around looking for victims to steal from and they carry knives and believe me, they aren't afraid to use it. And that fence in the middle you mentioned? That fence is new. It wasn't there 3 months ago. Want to know why they put it up? It's because so many people were getting robbed and the thieves would sprint away from people and police and run away across the street so now there is a divider so they would have to stay on the same side of the street..

I appreciate your reports, I really do, but is there something wrong with you and your friends? I mean, are you all competing to see which one can get robbed, drugged or beaten the most often in the Primer de Mayo area? You tell everyone to avoid the area, but it appears you and your friends go there every chance you get.

What's the attraction? Why go back, again and again to a place where, according to your reports, one of you is practically guaranteed to get robbed? I can understand going once, but after so many bad experiences, why do you keep going back?

I do not refute your experience in anyway. That was just not my experience. I did not feel any threat. I also do not drink so I would have less chance of being drugged. I also probably don't resemble the populus on this form. I blend in with the crowd in those type of environments quite well. I think in all situations, people should be conscious of their surroundings. I just think that because of the amount of girls in the club, it might be worth checking out. I also did mention Sante Fe has a better selection so it may not be worth the time or risk. But if you get bored with those options, it could benefit you to check out Avenida 1 de Mayo.

You also aren't even safe in the clubs. 2 weeks ago I placed 100 k cash in my pocket so that I didn't have to bring my wallet. I remember the waiter getting really close to me and asking me questions that had no point to them and when I got out of the club, I realized he somehow pickpocketed me but I had no evidence. Mongers / clients get drugged with the devil's breath drug by the waiters or the chicas when they are inside. This happened twice to my friends in the past 3 months. One of them was robbed, and beaten by the waiters in Pasarela club because he wanted to come back in the club and get it back. The other one was drugged in another chica club and only recalls being brought to a secluded room in the club with a chica and the waiter yelling at him to give him the pin number to this debit card. He recalls giving him a fake number but might have given him the real pin when he was "out of it" thanks to the drug they gave him because there was a 100 k withdrawal that day on his card. Funny thing is that he went back with other friends and is negotiating to buy his watch back from them since they said they already sold his phone. They don't admit to robbing him but they said that he was so drunk that he bought 4 bottles and was with 4 girls and he didn't have the money to pay for it so they took his things for collateral. Please. The other case was in Pasarela club and that case is still open, they deny ever taking anything and the manager refuses to show the camera footage inside to the police because there was a "passcode error". And the local police are just as corrupt because they literally get paid by the club managers / owners so that the clubs can stay open all night (6:00 am). So the police will not help you against the club thieves but will help you against the street thieves if you're a woman or old person. They don't really care enough to chase down criminals (risking their lives) so that a man can get back his phone but they would for a woman.

These clubs are very dangerous because the dosage of the drug can be deadly. In the first case, the waiter drugged my friend with the right amount since he doesn't recall anything inside the club. He only remembers being outside because of the cold wind and the pushes and punches he was receiving from the waiters. The other time, the dosage was a bit less since my other friend recalled being inside in the room being asked these questions and had the willpower to lie about the pin number after they took everything from him (cash, watch and phone). These waiters drink a lot as well and get drunk during the night so there is a chance that they might give you too much of the dosage of the drug, and THAT can literally kill you. And who will know? They can put you in the back and they control who sees the cameras.

So if you decide that you have to go to el primer de mayo then tread lightly.
