I hear there are two floors, is it worth going to the above floor. I hear there are some good bands playing there? There is an entry fee to access that floor.
The second floor should at least be seen once. There is a p100 ($2) entry fee upstairs. You don't pay it at the top of the stairs, they just add it to your bill. Live band upstairs (pretty good).
