Which is why among other reasons I have been giving a hard no to these favelas rat cunts who insist -- insist like its their fucking god given right to be a fucking toxic idiot -- that they can smoke, even after their doctor says not to after multiple suicide cry for help attempts..
I'm not a regular user but when sometimes if fancy just having one to chill or relax me if I'm stressed / need a good nights sleep.

America is great for them, the problem with buying unregulated products is it's hard to tell the quality or strength which is the issue I have trying to buy under the radar.

    Pt.

I mean, I am in a fucking prive and get second hand smoke at like minute 45 and I am like fucking angry like pull a weapon out and start retaliating for attempted homicide angry.

And I have quit weed, and am not really that into looking for the edible.

I know it is getting less illegal in the states and medical marijuana for ptsd, etc, but really it is not good for your brain, is it?

I mean, I see these 23 year old favela rat cunts and they are like oh, if I get pregnant, I will stop smoking, but they are addicted.

I meet them to go to a hotel and they are like, give me 5 reais so I can go buy a cigarette, roll some weed on the tip. What's the cost per unit of actual thc?

I make $ by being to calculate dozens of financial ratios per second, per minute.

I see the effect on Ann amari between 19 and 23 and she is losing brain cells, what is it doing to me, especially the local low cost favela weed, that cartel toxic fenanyl shit.

I will tell you what is truly valuable.

A girl who fucks good who does NOT smoke weed.

    Now that is valuable.

    Destination of the Year

Travel + Leisure has named Brazil as its 2026 Destination of the Year, highlighting its diverse landscapes, vibrant culture, exciting energy, and unique experiences that meet travelers' desire for depth and authenticity. The announcement came in late 2025, with celebrations happening in early 2026, recognizing Brazil as a perfect choice for its rich offerings from stunning beaches to rich cultural immersion. This designation positions Brazil as a top choice for travel in 2026, offering something for everyone seeking adventure, relaxation, and cultural richness. Why Brazil?

Incredible Diversity: From Amazon rainforests to Iguazu Falls, beaches in Rio, and the Pantanal wetlands, Brazil offers varied natural wonders.

Vibrant Culture: A lively atmosphere, music, dance (like Samba), and rich traditions make it a captivating destination.

Authentic Experiences: Brazil provides opportunities for real connections, strong identity, and meaningful travel.

Exuberant Energy: The country is known for its incredible dynamism and unique offerings for all types of travelers.

Not to mention all that plump, round, branca bunda hahaha!

Edibles work longer (typically 5 hours instead of 3), the strength is unpredictable and they take ages to kick-in. You'd be better off with a vape (reduced smoke compared to joint or bong). I know vapes are available in Sao Paulo. The word for vape is "caneta".

Well, never mind. My visa was approved in less than 24 hours.

    Visa processing delays?

Has anyone experienced delays in visa processing since the US stopped processing visa requests from Brazilians? I started the application process yesterday for a trip in early March.

Not yet, but now it is on my list.

Jorge amado's the double death of quincas water bray was originally recommended here, along with fim by torres. Both were selected by my book club.

My students stole and passed around my copy of amado.

'O Agente Secreto' is of course highly recommended even given inconsistencies with its plot. Anyway, it's a film about Brasil and you can find critical response in 'O Globo' as well. Best to watch in Portuguese with English captions.

I think the price setting on GOL and LATAM websites are unfair.

    E. G Yesterday I bought a flight ticket Salvador-Rio on LATAM website. When entering on the Brazilian site the price shown was 897,18 reais. That would be equal to 167 USD. However without a Brazilian credit card you need to buy the ticket choosing e. G Other countries (USD). The price you get for the same ticket is 217,8 USD. That's 30% higher price.

Ten years ago I managed to buy flight tickets in reais using my CPF and foreign credit card but that's not working anymore.

    Common Sense

I feel like this really ought to be a little common sense. The girls have families and friends and like to take time off during the holidays too just like everyone else. I don't know why some guys think they will be just hanging around waiting for them to show up grinning! We have to have this conversation every single year, and every year some hardheaded noob doesn't listen, and comes back disappointed. Well, we told you so! Don't go mongering in Latin America over Christmas, New Year's, and Easter week. Besides, as Mr. E points out, the cost of accommodations can be way too high at those times. There are a lot of other days on the calendar. Go during those dates to have the best time at more favorable overall costs.

Important to note that for new years the prices of accommodations double along with a minimum amount of days to stay.

Yes, Stay Home for Christmas and New Years!

    I have been a member for 20 + years.

The younger Chicas are at home with their families!

Note that Brazil, especially Sao Paulo, can be cold in July / August and you should bring a light jacket.

Regarding crime. Brazil, and South American in general, have a high level of crime regardless of time of year, but I'd venture that it's highest in the run up to Christmas. You can avoid most issues if you dress down, don't flash your phone (or use a second cheaper one), and carry minimal money. Of note, I have never had issues with the girls, and Brasileiras are quote honest in my experience. It's the younger men in gangs that you need to watch out for as well as large crowds of people (easier for thieves to disappear). Copacabana beach in particular.

I read many enthusiastic posts on this forum, but there are also many reports of thefts and related incidents online and among people I've met who have experienced them (though not seriously). Which is true? Is it a peaceful vacation, or is there a risk of unexpected events like stolen or worster?

I've had trip for paid sex too in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Greece, Cambodia, and Vietnam, without a single problem. Is the security situation in Brazil that problematic?

    Thank you in advance.
