I am still getting hits on tagged (even though I won't be going back to Sg until COVID really calms down). Wechat has been good in Vietnam, never tried it in SG though (didn't need to hhaha). My question is about the tracing APP (TraceTogether App) that visitors are required to install on their phone and required to have it connected and the blue tooth has to be on all the time. What if they link you to a massage place or an escort (if one of them is positive). Does anyone have an experience with this APP and the rules associated with it? What if you turn it off for an hour or two? Any information would be appreciated.

Yes, you can turn off the Bluetooth and scan the entry QR code manually. In fact, I recommend you scan manually before entry.
This will avoid false positive alerts.
Sometimes, you will see an error message saying the App is not working properly. You can then restart the App or use Bluetooth.

Restaurants and Malls want to see the "Green" screen on your smartphone.
(Green indicates you are fully vaccinated and can dine in or enter the Mall).

If you are trying to avoid scanning before entry then this comes down to enforcement by the individual business.

In Singapore the regulations are tight and most places enforce them willingly to avoid getting shut down. Singapore has about as many CCTV cams as London and when they find a black spot they roll out portal cams and put up lights. A good example of this is some of the back streets of Gaylang. One day it's a dimly light street the next it's got portable cam and new lights.

Point being even if you want hide that's it's you going to X, you most likely on 20 CCTV cams before step foot in the door.

I know it is the same in Seoul according to a friend who is been going there every two months until recently. I did not know that this is the case in Singapore as well. Another questions, they say on the APP website that you turn on when you leave home. What if you get a girl at home or hotel, do you also need to have it on?

Singapore has the most extensive contact tracing program in the world. Every mall, restaurant, business has a QR code.
Compliance is mandatory.

If you have a visitor, then the onus is on your visitor to scan before entering the Condo or Hotel.
Don't overthink it. It will all become clear when you arrive in SG!
