1538, In the past I've heared very interesting stories about 'a place' near the water park and by the ice cream kiosk, which very often changes its name.

You're right Wagner. I think we are all dreaming of seeing any east europeans here after may 1st. In my humble opinion, the scene was more attractive to them till now, due massive restrictions in other neighbouring countries and a sort of 'law accomodation' here that can keep them going for at least a period of time.
