Just came back from Belgrade and checked out Hotel Excelsior and Club Karlos. I ended up walking out of both due to the quality of women. I would suggest that Club Karlos had an average of a 3 and Hotel Excelsior had an average of a 5. For 100 euro I would take my chances at a club in Belgrade.

Which are the best bars/clubs to hook up with freebies (19-25)?

Everytime I meet a girl from X-yugoslavia in a sexclub in Europa I want to go to her motherland. I had a lot of good service from these girls beside they are really hot looking and perfectly my taste.
BUT where is the best place to monger this nationality/kind of girls?

Is it the FKK clubs in Germany cause it is more easy this way (many girls say so) and lots too choose from or is it some hidden great places somewhere in X-Yugoslavia?
I do like clubs with a great lineup but if the standard is good I can live with smaller clubs. I just dont want to travel far and on an expensive trip ending up with the same or less than I can find around my block - back home.

Save your travel money- the club scene is very, very slow in Serbia due to strong police presence over the last 4 years or so. The freebie action is outstanding but time consuming and can be 'expensive'.

Best hunting the Serbian girls in Germany or for a change of pace there are a few in Dubai - working their passage as it were.

You've got wings. I think my reply below to Dick1 pretty much sums it up. No comparison with P4P or clubs.

A couple of rip offs still running - Moulin Rouge.

It's all about having the time to cultivate the "freebie" scene but then again what is free?

I think that you will be very pleased by what is on display but on a short visit difficult to crack. If you do, then very worth while.

There is a somewhat underground scene but that is very quiet due to the legal situation.

Summary, don't expect too much except a lot of stunning girls everywhere.

Too much of a time and money investment to pay off short term. But then again, a man of your experience who knows? ;-)))

Good luck and sorry not to be too encouraging but you want realism.

Thanks for the information. I suppose I should save my money for some other country. Perhaps I will visit Moulin Rouge out of curiocity. I dont mind paying extra as long as the service is good. My last visit to Larnaka was not very good either...

MR isn't bad. It's a tiny place, about the size of somebody's lounge room, but the quality of girls is high.

It's about EUR 25 to have a drink with one of the girls sitting next to you and EUR 50 for a private dance (which I didn't go for). I'm sure you could probably meet one outside the club for a couple of hundred.

Avoid Club Karlos (in Novi Belgrade) at all costs. It's a disaster - the only 2 women working there when we went were, I suspect, the wife and daughter of the fat, sleazy owner.

I wouldn't mind coming over for another trip to Belgrade sometime soon. On my first trip I spent way too much time in Moulin Rouge and Excelsior - which I regret!

Count roughly 1k$ monthly, half in gifts and half in cash.

I'm living here since december 06, 6 month left before moving to my next assignment. It took me some time to have the system working. Serbia in not like Colombia (lived there 2003-2006) nor Thailand (2000-2003) and showing the money is not enough, the girls are proud ;-)

You need to break the ice first, once this is done, it's a piece of cake. I found that the best way to break the ice was to hang in the same place 2-3 times a week, get friendly with the bartender who are usually a good source of information, find out which girls hang around on a regular basis, used a little bit of charm with those girls without being pushy, and voilà!

Just don't expect to get the girl to your place the first evening you have a drink with her, it's like in the States: the first time you have a drink, you get a hand-shake; the kiss on the cheek is for the second meeting; if you're lucky the french kiss will happen on the next one when you tell her you'd like to take her for a week-end to Budapest (poor girl has no Schengen visa, oooh sorry, too bad), but the bj should follow 15 minutes later at your place.
