Most of the freelancers advertise in the matrimonial sections of several online classified sites, usually something with 'anunt' in the name (meaning 'classified' in Romanian). These sites contain hundreds of freelancers but half of them have posted fake pics or are low quality. They are generally all in the 80-200 RON price range (20-50 Euro).

To find out which ones are genuine and provide a good service, I use another Romanian forum, written by clients for clients. This identifies which of them are genuine, where they are located, what they do in terms of service and what they charge. Again, without knowing Romanian it'd be hard to work out which is which. The site is called 'nimfomane' and should come up on a google search. The forum has a section called 'top escorte' where clients post experience with the more reliable freelancers with pics and telephone numbers. Even if you can't understand the text, if she's in that section she's probably ok (obviously people have mixed experiences and different opinions regarding some of the girls).

Your best bet is to check out that site, find a girl in the 'top' section, call the number there, find out if she speaks English (if not, move on to the next one) and how much she charges. Her price should be mentioned on the forum (usually in RON. 40 RON is about 10 Euro). Never heard of such a service here, although I've never really looked for one. You'd find plenty of local guys willing to offer you such a service, but to be honest I wouldn't really trust them. They'll just offer you girls they've already done a deal with to get a cut of the earnings and you won't necessarily get a good girl or a good price.

Regarding places to avoid, I would stay clear of the streetwalkers. The don't have a good reputation regarding hygiene and even if they appear to be alone, they might have a pimp in tow somewhere.
