NT if 100usd is an all niter, then Turkey would be one of the best monger places in Europe. I have been to Spain, Italy and France. Most of the places charges 60-70 Euros for a 1/2 Hr.

Now you are making me think of going to Istanbul. I'll have to read more threads to get the info. BTW can you PM me some mamushkas phone number so I can get some locals.

Just back from Istanbul and nurturing a slight head cold (it was 10 degrees celcius below West European temperatures!) I thought I'd share my slightly downbeat conclusions with the rest of you. I'm beginning to agree with those posters here who argue that the best thing one can do in town these days is to hook up with a locally-based EE escort or a travelling talent. - Which being so, I might give up on Istanbul as a mongering destination, as I know several other places where I can do this just as well.

That said, I don't want to discourage newcomers, who might very well find attractions in the IST lightlife. My problem is rather that I have vivid memories of what the Aksaray/Yenikapi scene used to be like before the Islamists struck: plenty of talent in Irmak/Gold Can/Big Pub from the early afternoon; a good rotation of girls between the watering holes giving you an optimal selection; and plenty of GFE to be had, extending to hiring a dinner date, a tourist guide or a one-day girlfriend for a bit of extra cash.

As far as I can see the clampdown on women without a work permit and public exhibitions of lewdness have had three main effects: (1) fewer working girls at all times; (2) lower quality along a number of parameters ranging from looks to education to linguistic ability (the more "interesting" girls used to be the ones who did not want to stay in Turkey for years with fictive papers); and (3) a great nervousness about any activity going on outside the bars and muzikhols. This is particularly depressing for people like me who used to savour the "marginal" scene away from the main watering holes and outside core hours.

But, again, there ARE things to do. I spent three days in town - mostly on business, but I was not going to let that deter me. The first night, true to form, after having been drinking rather too much I picked a Ukranian woman in Big Pub who was no longer quite young and no longer quite slim. This is is a deliberate policy of mine: full of hormones on the first day I want someone who's been around the block and is willing to just "put up with it all" for a few dollars more. Having to negotiate prices and services would be a bit of a put-off.

The afternoon of the second day (Sunday) I teamed up with a Yulia in Gold Can, a 24 yo sweet faced, slightly plump girl who said she was Turkmen but looked Kyrgyz.
