I tried the Spas early on at 9 am, got a rickshaw to drive me around. I was looking for the main one, but it had a sign saying it was moved to another part of Uttara, so I looked up other options before I try to find it. I ended up finding more spas all offering males only, which might be a new rule in Uttara?

My trip is recent, so maybe its a necessary update to skip Uttara, unless there is a confirmed recent report of girls giving massage.
