You are going to have that problem at any beach area in the country during Semana Santa. There is also the danger of drunk drivers to consider. The already high rate of traffic deaths skyrockets during Semana Santa. Another reason I prefer to stay local in Santo Domingo.

I am about to travel to Dominican Republic in two weeks. That is why I have come to read the comments of this forum. But they are scaring me. Cheers and thanks for the advises.
Recently spent 5 days in Santo Domingo, as I am not much of a nightclub or bar guy, I relied on a combination of agencies and Skokka to provide what I needed. Skokka provide a great price range; on from 1200 DOP to 3500 DOP; quite a few Venezuelans. Service was generally good. My issue with Skokka is weeding through the ads to find what you need, I would imagine that a service like that is prone to scams. So far I have not had any issues. Something which I have done as well is to have the girl to a short video call to verify what it is that you are getting.
I also used Club Chica: [URL]https://clubchica.com[/URL] a moderate priced escort service, which was perfect for what I needed. They specialize in Dominican girls and that is what I was looking for. The price point tended to be about 250 USD per night, with a small fee added for transport. Great customer service dealing with the agent on the other end, which can be done either by email or WhatsApp. I used the service twice during my stay both times with great results. These are everyday Dominican beauties who make good companions for a night out on the town. For me a reliable intermediary was helpful; by all indications these girls value the work that they do and were keen to deliver and make a good impression.

Still not sure I want to be on the autopista with drunks.
$250 USD per night is moderately priced? I spot checked a few of the photos on that site. $50 USD is more than a fair price for a quick pop with any of them.

I apologize brother. I did not mean it that way. I like the way those girls look. They are my style. My only point is you can find similar at lower cost, but probably not as conveniently as finding them through this service. Real talk, I'm a cheapskate who doesn't value my time as much as I should and could. The verbiage on the web site says a lot about the market they are targeting. It's all good.

The important thing for me is that the transaction and the experience is drama free. The agency has done their vetting, which means that I do not have to do it in a bar or on the street or spend the hours in WhatsApp or tinder. As I noted they seem to value their job with the agency, hence they will think twice before pulling a quick one on you. They are not going to spit on your floor (read somewhere on here, someone had that experience) and if you take them out, they know how to dress and how to behave.

In a nutshell, young and healthy should go out and get infected, carrying on as usual, while the old and weak only are isolated. Definitely the young should not huddle with the old, which is the Italian recipe for disaster.
