Davao: Meeting regular women here and Inexpensive Hotels
SammyPla,
Thankyou for posting. You must be new to reading my Forum. There were numerous Posts here on less expensive hotels in Davao City. I have stayed at many over the past 15 years, as I did not always have the funds for the Marco Polo or the Apoview. Taxis are cheap here so where you stay is not a big issue.
I liked the Red Knight Garden. It is way out and you need to book in advance as it is popular. You simply call a taxi to take you into town and have one return you. My erstwhile nephew,"the Kid", would stay here. I spent two nights here with Rose a couple years ago. Tried both a 2 bedroom and then an efficiency. I booked at the last minute so no discount. The efficiency was fine. It had a big, comfortable bed and a small tv (cable and HBO / Cinemax). Fucked nicely in the bed. Shower is cramped. Swinnimng pool was right outside and beautiful. Place has a nice, inexpensive restaurant serving decent (not gourmet) food. Everyone hangs out herre from early morning to late night. Closes at 10:30PM I believe (Kid would simply order a half dozen shots of Jamison and an equal amout of San Mig light backups to carry him through the night).
In Town I stayed for a night at the Tavern which is next to Davao Doctors' Hospital. Basic hotel but not bad. I got out in the morning but I noticed ex-pats in the dining area and some kind of buffet. Never thought to see if room included buffet. Rooms are NOT anything special. If you like nice and comfortable rooms, this is NOT your place. But it is in town and reasonable and really okay.
DO NOT stay at the other places in downtown Davao. They are dumps and will attract the detritous of visitors and ex-pats as one of my Pals confirmed. Who needs to go on vacation and hang out with "trailer trash"? Only other decent place is next to Rizal Promenade (forget the Name) on Rizal St. Rooms are small but okay if you are not accustomed to nice, elegant rooms. It gets an A for Location. Walking distance to Hot Legs 3, the one Club I enjoy visiting. Girls dance nude and shower shows have a 19-21 year old walking up to your table nuce. For P100 you get to soap up herr tits and pussy (I used to shove a finger inside to check out the depth of her cavern). P1500 to get a blowjob / fuck in the back room. I was quoted P2500 to take a girl out but never bothered.
Meeting Women in Davao City: Needs a post of its own. I have a dozen or more posts here of my Trip back in July 2007. I arrived with no ladies to meet and no one from before that I knew and no one to introduce me to any women. First week I meet eight (8) regular women. Fucked six (6) and got a handjob in a booth at O'Flanagan's Pub (now gone) with # 7. Could not take her to my hotel as I had someone in my room waiting for me to return from errands (well a handjob in a booth is sort of an errand, isn't it).
More on how to meet regular ladies in Davao City.
