MANY AirBnb don't allow unregistered guests. Period. It should say that in the airbnb listing.

For Colombian couples who often live with their parents. But they also serves well for meeting novias of all types. Or for foreigners who have issues with either of the above. They charge by the hour and with big discounts for multi hour stays, but they are not a substitute for a real hotel unless you are in town 1 night and leave your bags at the airport. Some seedy, but most are not. They are cleaned thoroughly between guests (but check google review specifically for this). You can often get a room with a jacuzzi for a little more. HIGHLY recommended but make sure your chica is up for it.

Now down to business. Where to find the girls?

Lacelestina. Co. Largest high end agency in the city. By far. On most days there are over 100 in the lineup. MANY of the girls don't have pix on their site and many on the site, even those saying available are NOT necessarily available that day. If you really want a specific chica, you can usually reserve a few days in advance. For same day, tell them your requirements by telegram or whatsapp and they will give you a good match and perhaps supply a few pix. Lacele is highly reliable apart from major traffic. You also are unlikely to be upcharged or have your time cut short.

Mileroticos, and Photoprepagos: most but not all posts on these sites are independents. Your mileage will vary. A LOT. Since you have not been in Locombia before, I suggest avoiding Mileroticos altogether. Photoprepagos can be very good, but your mileage will vary. Also delays or no shows can occurr. Lots of club and spa info elsewhere. Latin america also has concept of casas (houses). These are exactly that. Houses or apartments. Some have a line up, some are like a very small club. But most are a house which has zero markings outside. Many of the casas advertise on mileroticos or photoprepagos. I had just finished getting my hair cut at the barber shop near the Monaco Building in the South Stroll and was walking up to Calle 20 when I heard a commotion and glass breaking ahead. Alot of screaming and yelling and people were running in all directions and then people started converging on the corner of Calle 20 and Carrera 14. I seen a crowd surrounding a guy on the ground in a pool of blood. What I could see through the crowd was this guy had a hole in his neck and blood was pumping out as he was bleeding out. A terrible scene and chaos to say the least. No police around at all even though they had did a bust on that corner about 30 minutes earlier. At one point it seemed that he had stopped breathing. Multiple people were calling emergency services on their phones but it was too late. You guys that live in Bogota and frequent Santa Fe can confirm this with your sources because I seen it with my own eyes. Be careful out there and be aware.

There is a similar club on street 65 carrera 13 near the northwest corner. It is called 69 I think. Half a block west is "pussy house", or what is left of it. Hey everyone, I posted in the hotel forum but doesn't seem to get a lot of traction. Looking for a good apartment (Airbnb) or hotel that is girl friendly but not in Santa Fe. I need to stay up around Zona G to Parque 93. The place I stayed before that was good but has like a 15 day min in Dec and I'll be in and out a couple times so doesn't work. Any recommendations are appreciated and you can PM if that is better. Prefer apt but hotel is fine, even an upscale one. I did stay at the Sheraton 4 pts before and it was ok but I took a non-pro with me so not really sure if they are truly GF. Thanks.

Here is a small report about the atms with the best exchange rate for your USD. The current exchange per Google results is 4, 418.12, I checked some atms nearby where I'm staying, Servibanca, Davivienda, Bancolombia and Banco de Occidente.

So far, the #1 is Bancolombia with 4056.94 COP per USD, checked today. I don't like using Bancolombia's atms because they limit your withdrawal to 600 k pesos.

#2 is Banco de Occidente with 4043.54 COP per USD, checked on Oct 31st.

#3 is Banco de Bogota with 3966.65 COP per USD.

#4 is Servibanca with 3959.26 COP per USD. This ATM has a very fluctuating exchange rate. I was able to get 3 different rates on the same day at different time.

On all my trips to ATMs in Colombia I've gotten the interbank rate, which would be the 4418 you quoted at first. They do charge me a bank / ATM fee, but my Schwab account refunds that to me.

There is a quoted mid-market rate, but I don't think that would be the same as the interbank rate. And as far as I know the exchange rates depend on exactly when you pull the money and what exchange and discount your home bank uses. And as far as I know it is your home bank not the bank you use to withdraw the cash that determines the rate. I know with my bank it changes every few seconds and if you are sending money the quote is only good for a few minutes. Some banks use the previous day rate to set the exchange rate but I don't think all of them do that.

Even if you decline, you will still be able to pull the money out. At a much better rate (usually previous day's spot rate).

I'm wrapping up a 3 night stay and was very happy with the trip. I stayed at the NH Pavilion near Parque 93. Inexpensive and didn't charge extra for a guest. My plan was to hit a casa or visit a spinner on the escort sites but things changed after meeting a seeking girl for dinner on the first night. I really like the area around the hotel. It's upscale and I felt safe.
