Time to bust out my Mexican passport!

PS Maybe it has improved vastly in the last year or so. Last time I talked to him was about 2 years ago.
A local friend said that Yummy is the ride app in lieu of Taxis? Any good? Certainly not a armored car.
I will probably stay in the business / central district and stay close to the hotel but my friend says it is safe to go to restaurants in the area. I do trust this local very much so I'm not concerned about a setup.
