However, if you have not been boostered (in addition to your initial J-J), you will need a pre-flight PCR test within 24 hours before your flight departure. If you had your initial shot (s), you can skip the PCR test if you get a booster also.

Longest part was the walk from Emirates flight to customs, I sure hope Philippines joins in soon and stops all the nonsense already enough is enough, with the whole blocking off walking street and selling masks and shit! Some good news for those people like myself who detest the wearing of face-masks! The mask mandate was lifted in Cebu province 3 months ago (only in the province, not in the tri-city areas of Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu), then it was lifted in Cebu City 2 weeks ago, now it has been lifted across the whole country, but only in outdoor settings. A step in the right direction.

Wondering if flights to Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo would be in the mix.

Here (pic) is a quick search from LAX to HK, for the month of November, the first few flights listed. Just under USD $1,000 to $1,300, round-trip.
