FR is bit late as I visited these places in first week of April.
Visited Panorama in afternoon and evening and Regal late night.
I think average age of PRCs going up although quality was still reasonable. CIS quality seems to be better although they start coming late I. E. After 6pm. Please note quality is assessed keeping 400-500 ST and 800 LT. Preimera and Cavali may have a few stunners but most non stunners also demand twice as much.

Was at Panorama yesterday around 12:30 AM and the place was packed. Would say that the ratio of men / women would be 60. 40.
Picked up a nice kazakh. Had seen reports that the quality of the gals was not good but would say that it probably fluctuates depending the gals also choose where to go on a particular day.
