The manager says just come back into days and she will be finished not giving me my money back. I say ok but I want my money back now. The manager reluctantly gives it too me. It was me that picked the restaurant mainly because it was close to my hotel and I just wanted to get her back to my room. If you would have seen this chicks body. I could not think right. I left out the best part. When I walk on the street and its busy. After every five feet I look behind me to scan for motor bikes. They will zig zag between tourists sometimes. So my last day in Pattaya. Had good experiences all day with girls. The old common sense 80/20 Rule is alive and well in Pattaya!

GO-GO"s.

80% of the time if you Bar fine a lady from a "top 25" Go-Go club in Pattaya, you will pay top dollar and get good service that you have negotiated upfront. You should expect at least above average service if you qualified your lady well. Most of the time if she agrees to your advances, she will perform so that a unhappy customer does not come back to the club complaining. Not always, but saving face in the club means everything to these girls. Besides, she is getting top dollar for services and its very lucrative income for a club dancer with no skills and education. Bar fines are usually around 700 baht and up.

20% of the time if you Bar fine a lady from a "top 25" Go-Go club, you will pay top dollar and get below average service that you thought you have already agreed to upfront, and at worse you pick a starfish. It could be her but it also could be you in that you didn't do a good enough job interviewing and qualifying her. Also, remember some of these ladies cannot handle real booze that isn't watered down by the club (I. E. Lady Drinks). So if you take her out and stop somewhere for a drink or dancing before you get to your room, try to just have one drink and off to your room to take care of business or you could end up with something worse, a drunk starfish.

A few factors that impact the 80/20 rule is whether or not you look like Brad Pitt, are drunk or are old, fat or ugly. Interviewing skills will improve your success rate a lot. Also, overpaying and throwing Baht around like it is growing on trees. (I. E. Buying lady drinks for your target and maybe her girlfriends) will not help your cause if you interview her correctly. As in all these scenarios, qualify and re-qualify and usually you won't be disappointed and then you will experience more 80%er's. Remember it's all about the money at least for the first encounter with the lady. If you go back for seconds with the same lady and you treated her good and with respect, and she is happy to see you, some of her defensive start tumbling down and your mileage with her could easily increase and your costs with her should go down outside her bar fine work hours. 80% of these ladies work 7 days a week from 8 PM to 3 AM.

Beer and BJ Bar's.

Just beware it happens, and you will feel used and regret the expense, experience and second guess your personnel patented selection process in future escapades. But maybe it wasn't the lady at all, and it was your interviewing and qualifying skills. Or the Thai language barrier clouded your qualifying her, it happens. Bar fines are usually around 300 baht and up.

So, don't let it go to your big head, you either have some good qualifying skills or you were just lucky. Bar fines are around 300 baht and up.

Again, a few factors that impact the 80/20 rule is whether or not you look like Brad Pitt, are drunk or are old, fat or ugly. But not as much a factor as the Top Go-Go clubs. Good interviewing skills will improve your success rate a lot. Also, overpaying and throwing Baht around like it is growing on trees, (I. E. Buying lady drinks for your target and maybe her girlfriends), or agreeing to pay what they ask for without a little negotiating the typical rate at that bar, will seem like it will elevate you and help you in her eyes, but in reality you are a target and being played. It's nothing personal it's all about the money.

80% of the time if you find a freelancer lady on Beach Road or in one of the Disco's in Pattaya, you will pay less than the big Go- Go clubs, but if it is GFE you are looking for you probably will get poor to average service than you negotiated upfront ("slam bam thank you man" Sometimes these ladies on Beach Road and in the Disco's and after hour clubs are Go-Go dancers that were not picked up that night (you have to wonder why she didn't get bar fined at the Go-Go?) Also, sometimes you can't communicate or negotiate well in the Disco clubs because the music is to loud or for other reasons, and you are gambling for a good experience and flying blind. These ladies are typically clock watchers most of time. She is thinking let's take care of business, usually one pop, and I will be on my way. It's nothing personal it's all about the money.

20% of the time if you find a freelancer lady on Beach Road or in one of the Disco's in Pattaya, or even a waitress at a restaurant you frequent, maybe a hotel worker where you are staying, whatever you will pay way less than the big Go- Go clubs, and you will get above average to incredible service, GFE that goes beyond what you have negotiated upfront. The so-called "Diamond in the Rough". You will feel lucky, and your self-esteem will be flying high. Being a little bold in the Disco's, being charismatic and buying drinks for some pre-qualified prospects sometimes does play a factor. But be on guard, some of these ladies are just after free drinks. Being a good dancer doesn't hurt either.

Again, a few factors that impact the 80/20 rule is whether or not you look like Brad Pitt, are drunk or are old, fat or ugly. Being able to attract women outside of Pattaya, or having a good rap when approaching ladies you don't know, will pay major dividends on Beach Road and the Disco's and after hours clubs. Interviewing skills will improve your success rate a lot. But remember, most of these ladies are dumb and come from very poor provinces in the north. It's not their fault they are dumb it's their education system. So try to understand and do not complicate negotiations. The KISS principle works very well in these situations. But when it comes to street smarts, usually most of these ladies have incredible street smarts in order to survive in their crazy world.

Conclusion and opinions.

The 80/20 rule is just a simplistic way to look at your day to day exploits and help explain them to yourself, oh yea, you either got a 80% experience or a 20% experience no matter where your partner comes from in Pattaya. After she goes out your door you sit back analyze what you ended up with and why. Some of my friends have embraced the 80/20 rule and refer to their ladies as a Go-Go 80%er or maybe she was a Beer Bar 20%er. Without going into much detail, I know what he basically experienced. Sometimes other factors will affect your success but to a lesser degree are (I. E. Speaking a little Thai, personality, your generosity, chemistry with the lady, your grooming, your smell, your breath, the lady's past experience with your nationality or looks, etc.) But, make no mistake, in 100% of all scenarios, don't take yourself to seriously, don't fall in love, it is nothing personal and it's all about the money. The ladies would be considered dumb in our world, but in their crazy world they are academy award actresses and magicians at adding drinks to your bill when you least expect it. Oh yea, no matter where go, watch your drink receipts in your bins. Don't know if it is intentional ("I think it is" but erroneous charges have been known to appear. Also, 80% of these ladies have some kind of sad story. 80% of their sad stories are made up to get sympathy and more Baht from you. 20% of sad stories may be real but don't let them impact your negotiations and mongering. Beware if you are soft soul or sensitive guy because you will be impacted by these sad stories. DO NOT get emotionally tied with these women or you will crash and burn. The ladies are human and they have needs also and get horny from time to time. So your advances and timing might be good or bad just because the way she is feeling at that given time. So, success with a lady in Pattaya has many many different factors. Now my observations are not just mine, but a culmination of my own experiences and also my several conversations with some of my ladies in Pattaya and experienced seasoned Pattaya Mongers who I have met. One of my best sources is a gentleman that I met last year who has been mongering in Pattaya since the early 60's. Things have changed a lot in Pattaya since then, but not the 80/20 rule. It really doesn't matter, remember it's all about the money and having some fun, IMHO the 80/20 rule is alive in Pattaya! Have fun and be safe.

Arrived Friday around 6, quickly to Walking Street to hear some live music (great rock band in a bar just across from Crazy House). Directly next to the live music bar is a tiny hole-in-the-wall bar called "Ring the Bell Bar", and yes, they have a bell.
