in case bj bar floats your boat, i walked by today to check out the scene@eden, next to it, i found a white exterior decor "salon", and i thought it was an "upscale" barber shop, so i walked up to the lady at the door to inquire about the service. she said sorry, this is a bj shop, damn, i thought they came up with a brilliant idea combining hair cut & sex. i didn't see any sign outside, but as i looked closer, there was these big-ass letters painted on the door."dr bj salon". how could i miss that?

Spasso
Sorry for a stupid question (Search Engine doesn't seem to work on this).
Spasso is that italian restaurant@Hyatt, right?
How does it work there? Do you eat Pizza with the girls first?
Or is there a kind of bar / lounge / discotheque as well?
Spasso is an Italian restaurant during the day and early evening that turns into a nightclub with a band and a dance floor in the evening.
I never tried to order food or negotiate with a girl over a pizza but if this is your fetish then go for it. LOL
Well 500 bah for a third world contory in less then half an hour. That sound very expencive. I would of thought you could have the whole night for that.
Which planet are you from? You ask if 300-500 THB = 9-16 USD = 7-11 EUR is for all-night sex In 2011! You can't get a decent burger for that much these days (although Thai food is still thankfully cheap).

LBM
Okay, you were talking about money. Wasn't sure. I thought maybe you felt you were taken advantage of emotionally.
Yeah, haven't run into any of those situations yet because monetary issues are a simple (okay sometimes complex) matter of accurate accounting business wise. On a personal level, my friends and / or neighbors in Dallas didn't do business together and they don't here in Bangkok (or Cholburi where I also have to go often) either. Everyone's shop, business, factory, etc. Is their own business. Occasionally you'll here of one of those lower class 'tangled webs' where everyone seems to be in debt or borrowing something from everyone else in their social circle, but in my experience, those are more often attributes of the unwashed masses.
Is this a joke, are you serious? You met a woman today and you decided to buy her a dress, a pocketbook and a hair iron? Why? Is that the way men operate in your culture or better yet would you do this to a woman you met in your hometown after she told you up front that she only wants to be friends? This has nothing to do with thai culture and you were not railroaded because this has to be shtick.
Runn Mann, you miss understood me. She wanted and hinted very strongly on these things, but I DID NOT BUY HER ANYTHING! She first showed me the phones and said she did not have enough money. I play stupid and acted like I did not hear her. Then she showed me a dress that she liked but again did not have enough money. Again, I acted stupid, then she showed me a pocketbook and again I acted stupid. I was actually getting pissed because I could see where this was going.
I did not give her anything. Plus to give her all that she was looking for her pussy should have had a cape with a Capital S on it and to be frank I have never seen a pussy like that.
Will some one please update on situation of floods at Bangkok, thanks
Short update:
The governments / FROCs (Flood Relief Operations Center) strategy has changed 2 days ago. Decision was made to open the flood gates in the suburbs of Bangkok to allow the water from the North to run-off through Bangkok canal system to the sea.
Nonthaburi is inundated, this is north-west of Bangkok on the other side of the river (looking from Sukhumvit). Some districts in real trouble (2 m water).
In the north / north western part of Bangkok many districts of Pathum Thani are flooded, and the water reaches Rangsit and Don Muang (old airport) right now.
There was an announcement from FROC approx. an hour ago, that the eastern districts of Bangkok must prepare for approx. 0.5. 1 m water. This was an official announcement, so better double the numbers. The Sukhumvit area (usual tourist area) is located in the center / eastern part of Bangkok. If we get flooded here we will get it quite late, and then all Bangkok will be disaster zone.
Right now its a beautiful day (no rain) , and no water here in the Sukhumvit area. But this might change within the next days.
Tap water might be a problem, one of the canals providing fresh water for being cleaned up for Bangkok's tap water is now flooded with the brown soup from the North. In blogs citizens complain about yellowish / bad smelling tap water.

It sure sounds like you paid for everything she asked for. It's ok to be a softie sometimes. While sitting on Beach Road in Pattaya just now, I bought ice cream cones for the two girls next to me when they asked. Cost: 10 baht each (about 33 cents each). No big deal.

http://www.livingstones.co.th
Thanks Giotto for the update as not all have a clear idea on BKK and news we get are quite generic on real locations. Images are much drama oriented (and 2 meters of water or more is no joke either) but they make it look like the whole of BKK is nder 2 Mt of water.
For most people at ISG BKK is also all about Sukhumvit. .
So reading from the frontline is good.
In case of flood I know the girls at the LL Sport Bar will escape in the pool not to get wet as they did 3 weeks ago when I was there and heavy rain hit the area LOL.
Worst case scenario they can also shelter in some guest room of the upper floors as long as there are customers there.
Stay cool.
Stay dry,
