I am new to mongering in India. I will be in Bhubaneswar for the next few months. I currently do not have PM activated (takes some time after you pay) so even if experienced folk want to help, they won't be able to. Is approaching the SPs listed on Locanto and Skokka advisable? If not, is there any other way to find good quality birds in the city. From what I have read on the forum, Bbsr does have some gems. Any inputs are appreciated.

What you get in city residency spa. I only got HJ in there. So stopped going there. My pm is also not available due to subscription renewal issue.
