I don't know where that is, but if it's in Cebu, who cares where it is. Taxi's use their meter and it's pretty cheap. It's not like Angeles, where most of the late night transportation might have to be triked and in other words expensive for the ride. You want to go somewhere in particular, take a taxi.

The Marco Polo has a great view of the City from Its Hilltop location But you are at least 20 Minutes away from the Action Areas.There are no nearby Places,Enjoy your view.

I was in Cebu last week with my Gf. The local word is typhoon is just an excuse to postphone the asean summit. Locals say there was credible info about terrorist threat to which the police were not prepared.
I stayed at ALTA RESORT which is the only place I could find through last minute booking. Nice resort which has a school teaching english to korean and japanese people. Everybody was really friendly. But the place is far away from any mongering place. It is monger friendly with strict security. So if you have a GF staying with you it is not a bad place.

Try this, as i have found these 3 places to be the best for me. They may be a bit more expensive than other places, but you get quality and not junk.

1. HAREM - look at the aquarium full of supposedly young girls, vip room the girl of your choice and make an arrangement to take her out after work or let her come to your hotel next day for a quality banging!

2. ARENA - same procedure as with Harem, great selction of pretty girls, there may also be a bar fine but may be expensive, better to deal with the girl of your choice directly and meet her after work or next day to be less expensive. You may also bang the girl inside the vip room.

Noted that, Thanks. and BTW, how much expensive is it? Compared to those cheap bars that you mentioned. At Manila, it was bout 2k barfine, and tips for like 1k-2k, total bout 4k.

The best lay in all my years in the Philippines was at the Silver Dollar, I still dream of her. Recent visits have also yielded some pleasant surprises.

Patience, and the willingness to explore old & new places, many times has yeilded a "temporary" keeper.

A lot of pretty girls, but if you summarize drinks, ladies drinks, entrance fee and barfine it's very irrational to visit those places! You could feed a whole town somewhere in the province with the money you spend for ONE evening.
Stick to Midas Touch advice. Get their cell numbers and bang them for the 'regular price' of 500-1000 Pesos.

Btw: I am pretty sure that the Arena and Harem girls DON'T earn more money than the girls at Silverdollar, Lonestar etc. Some girls in Silverdollar or Lonestar worked in Arena or Harem before.

The prices are 100% bullshit.

I didn't spend that much in JAGUAR which is supposedly the most expensive bar. What i did was to sit on the bar area, ordered a couple of beers and ask mamasan to introduce me to the pretty hot girls one at a time. I told her that i was picky, taking my time and it had to be the best girl for me. Anyway using the stalling technique, some girls just came over to talk to me, i got their tel numbers and told them that i would like to see them at my hotel next day. Most of them agreed to be seen next day. I bought a ladies drink for a certain girl i really liked and negotiated for her to be with me at my hotel next day, then left Jaguar to go bar hopping somewhere else.

Sure enough, next day at about 9:45am she called me at my room at Eddie's Hotel that she was down the lobby. So i went down and we had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. After that, we proceeded to my room to take a shower and had an enjoyable sizzling sex the whole afternoon. I paid her P1,500 for that pleasant awesome encounter.

So if you know, have some technique, charisma and luck to deal with women, even in a costly place like Jaguar, Harem or Arena, you can BANG more of a quality girl at a reasonable price. Cheers!

Just arrived in Cebu and was hoping to find some daytime fun, but all the bars seem to be closed until around early evening - am I missing something?

Was here last week for a few days and on two different nights, took girls from Vikings (one from the girl upstairs one night, one downstairs the next). All was going well, bought the girl a LD and paid the bar fine negotiating long time for the standard 1,700. Both left after no more than one hour. I tried to get them to stay but wasn't going to force them, whats the point? Disappointed though, so I didn't tip...

Now I'm more careful, last night spoke to Mamasan about a girl i was with and said i wanted long time, all night etc. The same shit happens again after leaving the bar - about an hour and a half, 2 pops, and she's getting dressed. What is this? She was happy, and wants to stop by this afternoon, but i like my girls to stay all night and have fun in the morning and then maybe breakfast etc depending on the girl...

Anyways...I tried out the Metropolis Court Hotel as one mongter recommended but was quoted USD 60 for a Deluxe room on the second floor, so passed. A shame as wanted to try out the massage services recommended.

Not that much to offer as newbie here in The Philippines.

I must have mentioned about 5x on this message board about bars - such as the Viking - that include the tip in the barfine. I tried a couple of girls from these establishments a number of years ago and was disappointed every time. One from the Viking told me she had the big M immediately after we got back to the room.

It is just common sense, once you have paid the tip up front it is usually all downhill after that. There is absolutely no incentive for good service. Stay away from these places.

Your better off at the SDollar, almost always received good service there, or even finding a freelancer at the Sunflower Disco (Thursday/Saturday night).

You have to have a verbal agreement..whether its to mamasan or the girl or any outside freelances. Tell them what you want and how much you gonna pay. I want to make love to you at least three times and you are not gonna leave until the morning when I say so. If you make me happy big tips. If you fall short of that no tips or I will complaint to mamasan. Then all are clear. Dont ever say I gonna bring you to my hotel or you come to my hotel, sentence like this is too uncertain.

You're right on in negotiating your own deal in an outrageously expensive place like Jaguar. Many of the girls know the asking price is a deal killer, and are prepared to deal with you outside of the bar. I have had girls mention this to me, and many are not happy with the management. Although the price you mention is a substantial "discount," it may actually represent an increase in her share of the money you spend, which typically all goes to the bar, and she's stuck with the leftovers.
