But if I went to monger and just monger, with multiple different girls, I'd rather stay more towards Pattaya Central and not Jomtien. If you want to pick up a long time and keep her then Jomtien will be fine for you. Basically depends on what type of punter you are.

There is one condo unit and a few unpublished apt's and such more towards Pattaya Central. Two are more serviced apartments and do short stay guests (meaning days / week / etc.. not short time). The rest are more longer term (3 weeks +) apartments for the most part. That I've Found... I am sure I'm missing a lot of options.

RTFF mate... you are going to Pattaya and staying in Jomtien but you don't search Jomtien and read reports about what is around there? Go to the Pattay thread and search for Yellow House...

Yellow House is on soi 6 and gives you happy endings... depending on who you pick you might just get one of the top BJ's of your life. And if you are smart enough to figure out who's name that might be to ask for then 2 points for you...

There are two massage places on soi 6 in Jomtien that I know about but I don't live there or stay there I just went to visit Yellow House...

But if you shoot more then once a day or you don't take long time I really can't see your logic for staying in Jomtien. Condo? You are going for a condo or for the girls? Then you ask about getting a room in Pattaya and a condo? Have you been to pattaya before?

If you end up taking a FL from the coconut bar for st then there are short time hotels. There is one for a 100baht on one of the soi 13's near beach road starbucks is on the corner.

Gentlemen, after being out of the game for a while, I am once again planning another trip and will be in Bangkok a few days and Pattaya about 5 days. I've been reading the forum and give kudos to those of you giving some great reports this past year while I've been away. The info about hotels and places to both avoid as well as the attractions not to miss are appreciated. It's good to see Jackson and you have kept up the high quality! I've been looking at Sabai Empress in Pattaya and it seems like a good, new hotel. My only concern is that it's is way down by Soi 1, which is a couple of miles from Walking Street. While I'm planning to rent a scooter, it might not be the best location. Has anyone been to Sabai Empress and/or stayed in that area with a report? I've checked the forum, but can't seem to find anything other than the mention of the website. Thanks for all the reports. I'll be submitting a few of my own next month. It's been far too long since I've been able to get out and enjoy. Any other tips or comments, PM me. Thanks and hope to see you there!

It was my first time in Pattaya but I liked the hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. My room (7th floor) was very nice with a king bed and a control panel that worked all the lights and tv beside the bed. The furnishings were new and really nice. The pool on the roof was nice too.

I didn't get the included breakfast with my agoda booking and I never ate there so I can't comment on the food.

I had several BR girls over there and never had any issues. Sometimes they asked for the id card and sometimes they didn't. One girl gave me her number and I texted her later. I expected a call from downstairs but she just knocked on my door. I either read or was told somewhere that they charge a fee for two or more girls but I didn't get to test that. I had it lined up a couple of times but only one showed up.

There was a sign by the front desk about no "outside food or drink allowed in the hotel". That's completely ridiculous and I didn't see it being enforced. I put all the stuff from the minibar on the shelves and just put my stuff in the fridge and didn't have problems with that either.

The a/c in my room was too cold even at the lowest setting. I couldn't leave it on all night or it would get freezing in there.

The pool on the roof was nice, I used that a few times.

The staff was friendly but lacking in English skills. A couple of times I tried to get info from them and just gave up.

The wifi worked really well.

Nice, big in room electronic safe.

I think I paid about 1200/day. I heard a guy on the phone at the front desk quote 1700 to someone so I don't know what the normal rate will be.

I usually just walked over to Soi 2 and could often flag down a baht bus, or worst case walk down to beach road.

Next time I'd like to stay somewhere cheaper, if I could find a place that's both convenient enough and quiet late at night. I don't drink and I'm usually in fairly early.

Hello, all. I'm Puta Playa from the Rio and Tokyo threads. I am a newbie to your fair city and coming there to do about 5 days of plumbing work at the beginning of April. I have been able to figure out where to hunt, by way of RTFF, but the hotel scene is still confusing and not clear in my mind.

So far, it's looking like I will try to book Nautical and hope they have a decent size safe, but would like the opinion of the vets. What hotel would you prefer if you needed the following?

- Easy access to action
- Wi-fi
- Reasonably quiet so I can get my booty sleep.
- Room safe big enough for a tiny 12" laptop.
- Okay with up to 4 STs per day, max 2 per session.

Cleanliness and newness don't matter that much. Just no cockroaches.

I would like to keep it under 1800 Baht, if possible because I'd rather put my money toward more ladies, but price is not a huge issue as most Patts hotels seem reasonable for this term of stay.

Counting on fellow mongers to share their opinion on the Mercure Pattaya. Location, service & policy on girls. I will book a double room in Pattaya & Bangkok, guess that way none of the hotels i stay in would hassle me for supplementary payments.

I stayed there lasy Xmas & New Year and its location is very good, quite and right next to the action (Soi6)

I have read Methos's report on the Empress and I am considering booking a stay, I normally stay at the LK Rennaisance on Soi Diana. I like the Rennaisance but they will not discount their price, they quoted me 2250 for a stuidio room, on Agoda it is only 1550 so they are not really looking after returning guests.

My question is how does the Sabai Empress compare to the LK Rennaisance? I know they are both supposed to be of the same standard but has anyone seen them both?

I have seen all Sabai hotels.

The new one with the pool on the roof is very good but they all charge a 500 baht joiner fee. Forget the other Sabai hotels, they are tired and worn out.
