Current Pricing in Bangkok
I'll be in Bangkok in a couple of days. I'm currently in Pattaya. I was wondering if someone would be nice enough to give me a quick run down on the prices of the girls. Barfines at Go Go's, Bars, etc. Short time and Long time tips. Nana & Soi Cowboy. Sorry, if this post upsets a few of you guys.
It's not just the water that smells
Hi, BJ here. I actually had my first day off on Tuesday (first one in ten!) so used the time constructively and did as little as possible. When I eventually dragged myself out of bed I decided to take a trip down to mbk and had the pleasure of being caught up in the throng of football supporters on their way to a game. Did a bit of shopping and a lot of wandering around. After a while I felt hungry so decided to go into Sukishi sushi bar on the 7th floor. To be honest not exactly a bewildering choice of food but everything on offer is very fresh and the price is very attractive at 300bt for an eat as much as you want.
I got home and had to crash out again to sleep the excesses of my meal, washed down with a bottle of san miguel.
Interesting walk home on Monday night, going past Soi 12, below an under pass just after 1 am, I was approached by a very enthusiastic freelancer who took a very hands on approach. I was welcomed not only by her but also by an overpowering smell, which I strongly suspect to be an indication of gonorrhea. Her enthusiasm became apparent, as I am sure she was desperately trying to raise the money to visit a doctor as quickly as possible and have the very uncomfortable ailment sorted out.
I'm curious if anyone else has come across this sort of thing, not the groin grope but the std as in, when even talking to a freelancer on the street, you get hit with an overwhelming smell?

Bangkok Airport Bullet Train, Cool!
Last week, I rode the LINK Phaya Thai Express Train a couple of times to and from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport. Comfortable, fast and sexy!
The tollways are free right now due to the floods, so traffic can be a bear at times. From Phaya Thai, you can either catch a taxi, or the BTS, to you final destination.
Trains leave on the half hour. The fare is 90 baht one way / 150 baht round trip. No issues with bags. The trip takes 17 minutes!
There is also a City Line regular train. It stops at all of the stations along the way and costs 45 baht from BKK to Phaya Thai. This is a commuter train that can get very crowded at rush hour.
Check it out!
