Pattaya has many fine hotels.

Out of these 9 hotels which is the best for location (relatively near pattaya beach and walking street) value and amenities (pool, free internet in room, no joiner fees, etc). Also please tell me which out of these 9 would be the worst choice! Please rank for me!!

If you want near Pattay Beach and Walking St,, then your list can be narrow down based on the two things above.

Eastiny Seven = can be noisy due to location but right in the action of Beer Bars. Noisy of course a personal opinion. Some come sleep through a Earthquake.
Flipper Lodge, between 2nd Rd. and Beach Road, also in the mix of action
Sandy Springs, Between 2nd rd. and Beach Road, also in the mix of action
Sunshine Hotel and Residence, same as above.

Rest I don't know of or out of location you mention in your criteria.

You can reach Pattaya Beach in one minute and, if the traffic is light, a Baht Bus will get you to Walking Street in two minutes. Clean, friendly staff, nice room. Roof Top Pool. I didn't wake up early enough to use it. No joiner fee.

Other places for you to consider:
Shagwell Mansion.
Diana Inn

1. Value and Amenities?
2. Free Internet in room and Pool?
3. Joiner Fee etc..
4. Can you rank for him? Hard to rank since you stay only at Flipper, for the record I didn't since I didn't stay there but I answer what I could just like you above!

I emailed the hotel before my trip and the manager told me the same - no fee for one girl. I didn't have a chance to see what would happen if I brought two in, unfortunately. After the recent posts about it I emailed him again and he confirmed that this is still the policy. His name is Ked.

Areca hotels hidden charges happen when you bring more than 1 woman per night LOL. Its free for the first woman but after that they charge you 300 baht! Yep you heard right LOL so only allowed 1 free woman to your room per night. Haven't pulled the trigger yet.
