This would still spoil the market and introduce a dual-pricing system at some point
I have formed the impression that around 300 k is a standard tip that will be considered decent
Back in the day when Geylang in Singapore was alive and kicking, Indo FLs and the Thai houses started a dual pricing system, where bules had to pay double that of mongers of Asian descent. This was a result of too many bules tipping huge amounts and feeling guilt and that they need to act as the Red Cross.
If Indonesia is on the radar of 2-week millionaires or becomes the next Thailand, this will happen.
Nice, been to half of them and Thanks
I've seen a lot of comments lately, people asking for basic info of where to find the women, where to find the spas, etc.
I have created a very handy map, having done a lot of research before my trip to Jakarta for the first time, next week.
My Jakarta Day Spa, Nightlife and Tourist Map.

Latest Jakarta Information?
Hello Boys,
Has anyone been to Halomas recently? How about Kartika and Berlian in the notorious Swiss Bakery ally? If so, please provide any details you can regarding hours of operation, prices, and general quality of service.
Many thanks!
Jakarta or Bali in November
Guys,
I want to visit Indonesia in mid November. However, I am struggling to decide either to visit Jakarta or Bali.
Unfortunately, I won't manage to visit both places. I plan to stay for two weeks.
Can I ask, which place is easier to access for a first time visitor?
Any suggestions and help is highly appreciated!
