Everyone have told him to loose weight including his doctor. At 5ft 10in and 280lbs, it is really bad for his health however he can not seem to do it. I think in order for him to be normal size, he would have to loose at least 120lbs and I don't think that is really possible.

Thanks for the help. For all that cares, the person is not me. My friend asked me to find out for him since I do travel quite a bit all over the world while he has never owned a passport.
