In Boca Chica I always go to a restaurant that is on that side street like 10 steps from the beach. A fish, fries, and salad is like 300 pesos. I always stop at the store and bring my own drinks though. I think the last time I ordered 2 pina coladas with my fish the bill ended up being 1200 and I was like wtf!

In the Bogota strip clubs in Santa Fe you can fuck the chicks from $15 to $20. You can also go to the clip joints up north and pay 10 or more times that.

But that is exactly what makes it what it is. I personally think it is an error to compare them. I like both places.

I got hooked early going club 21, baby-dolls,305. The old-timers can list more. The best part was taking chicas from the hoe clubs, walking drunk to Mystik, grab a room for an hour. Finish up, quick shower. Walk back to the club in a stupor. Rinse and repeat all night with different super hot chicas. Dominicans are always using an excuse to make the prices higher.

Brother Durandpaul did an excellent report. It seems he forgot to apply rule number one for foreigners in the DR. Always ask the price for services and items prior purchasing. He said down at a tourist trap. The whole time they were offering him service they're just hoping he doesn't ask the price.

Listen up newbies the game goes like this. They treat you real nice and give you the menu without the prices. As soon as you make your order it's payday for them. Your bill should have not been more than 7 to 1000 pesos. They give you a bill for over 6000 pesos. Even when you walk away upset paying 2000 pesos they won!

Much respect to Durandpaul for not letting them man handle him that much. He's not a newbie and wasn't afraid to stick to his guns. I keep telling guys the Dominican culture respect masculinity.

I have this thing about women not on time now. After the first one shows up; I don't respond to others that come later until I'm ready. You shouldn't have to accommodate yourself vacation because she's not on time. Don't let her work you in her schedule you work her in yours. If you leave her hanging for being late I guarantee you the next time she will be on time.

If you think you had a hard time on the massage table; wait till you see the average accommodations in Bogota. Keep your wits about you and you head on a swivel. You do not have a target on you back because you are not from the country. When you are perceived to have something that someone else does not have but wants that make you a target. Everyone you deal with that has less than you is going to target you. And those who have an equal amount or more are going to do the same. It is let the buyer beware here. Remember you are on vacation. Your money is not. Know the value of your purchases. Knowledge will make your stronger.

I took my vehicle in for repairs. They told me the cost of labor but they were not sure what the cost of the part was going to be. I was going to leave the shop and let them work. So, they asked me if they should just fix it and give me the bill or did I want to be notified about the cost of the part.

Guess which option I chose?

Same thing with two presidente. This is a good point you can't let your guard down in DR. I am defintely not making the same mistake next time.

So I have been to Santo Domingo 4 times in the past say 3 months. And I have been really just spending time with this one local girl! (Who by all accounts is an absolute 20 of a scale of 1 to 10).

But I am now feeling the need to add some variety.
