I arrived at Santos Dumont Airport from SP by 10 am a recent Friday and went to the Pestana Hotel in Copacabana Beach (short taxi run, 15'.

Bob, the official policy is clearly not girl friendly and I wouldn't recommend it if you want to take 2/3 different girls from outside per day (in that case you need an apartment).
But. I usually book a double room for two people and after arrive I proceed to register my favorite terma girl of the moment.
