I go to Pattaya every year. I do not know of any gogo bars that will not let Indians in. I do know that many Thai girls do not like to go with Indian men. Not because of the color of their skin. But because in Thailand Indian men are known for giving drama, being cheap and or ripping off Thai woman. Now as I am sure not all Indian men do this. I have personally been in Thai massage places many times where I am getting a massage and there is screaming and or drama not far from me. Because many times in Thailand rooms are covered with curtains and not actual walls unless you are at a soapy massage place. You can hear everything. Her I-phone was locked in his room safe. Also, in his safe was around 50,000 baht or about $1500 USD. She spoke to the two cops in Thai so she told me she had the advantage. She told the cops this guy has 50,000 baht. Instead of taking him to the police station. I will offer him a deal. He gives me the 50,000 baht and I will not press charges against him. I will give you two officers 30,000 baht and just keep 20,000. Both officers agreed. So the officers told him she wants that 50,000 baht and she will not press charges or we will take you to the police station. Your passport will also be stamped for robbery in Thailand. He agreed to pay the money to the girl and the cops let him go. I guess its karma.

She will usually get that girl for you and that way you get rid of her at the same time.

However- drink or not they go up and dance when their turn is up. They will come back to you afterwards though.

I suggest you head to the walking street bars or to a disco if you can loosen up. Try insomnia (Ibar) downstairs is very chilled. You will be able to speak and dance a bit. A good view too if you manage to sit by the sea.

One more thing I suggest you be a bit more open to lady drinks as they are a great way to boost your confidence at the bars. In insomnia you are not charged lady drinks but you might have to buy the lady's friends a drink. Go for the 30 baht shots.

Though I am somewhat bombing out, I do learn from failure, so I think tonight will be the night! I did meet a German guy in a bar who offered to take me to WS and show me around, but as you said, a wingman can get in the way. And if I fail tonight, I may as well go back to Phuket.

The bar is on the right hand side of the street after FLB and before Tony's disco and on the left hand on side of the same street is a large snooker place. Maybe someone else can give better direction and a name. Listen for the loud music and you should find it, if it still is doing its thing. Hope this helps a tad.

Some of the conduct I have witnessed from their Indian Brethren, it's a wonder any of them can get a woman in Thailand or anywhere else in the world. Once a stereotype is made it is hard to change, especially when you have more Indians coming to Thailand reinforcing them. There your countrymen.
